SCHEDULE.
PIPIRIKI–WAIORU ROAD.
THAT portion of road in the Wellington Land District, Town District of Ohakune, known as the Pipiriki–Waioru Road, commencing at the western boundary of the Ohakune Town District, being the boundary between Sections 5 and 7, Block VIII, Makotuku Survey District, and proceeding generally in an easterly direction through the said Ohakune Town District, and terminating at the second crossing of the Mangateitei Stream, being a distance of 1 mile 50 chains, or thereabouts; as the said road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked R. 808B, deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and coloured yellow thereon.

Regulations for coursing Hares, Inangahua District.
PLUNKET, Governor.
IN exercise of the powers vested in me by “The Animals Protection Act, 1908,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby make and prescribe the following regulations, prescribing the conditions under which and the season at which hares may be coursed in the Inangahua Acclimatisation District.
REGULATIONS.

No person shall course hares within the Inangahua District unless he holds a license so to course in the form set forth in the Schedule hereto.

For every such license a fee of £1 shall be paid, and, subject to the provisions of these regulations, such licenses may be issued by the Postmaster at Reefton.

The season within which such coursing may take place shall begin on the 1st day of May, 1909, and terminate on the 31st day of July, 1909.

No person shall course hares in the said district with more than two dogs at any one time, and such dogs shall be under proper control of the owner or person in charge.

Any person committing a breach of any of these regulations shall be liable, on conviction, to a fine not exceeding £5.

Hare-coursing License.
A. B., [Name], of [Address], in the Provincial District of Nelson, [Occupation], having this day paid the sum of £1, is hereby licensed to course hares within the Inangahua Acclimatisation District, from the 1st day of May, 1909, until the 31st day of July, 1909, subject to the provisions of “The Animals Protection Act, 1908,” and any regulations made thereunder.

Land temporarily reserved for a Public Recreation-ground in the Hawke’s Bay Land District.
PLUNKET, Governor.
WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first section of “The Land Act, 1908,” it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:
Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land in the Hawke’s Bay Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, for a public recreation-ground.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 roods, more or less, being Section No. 5, West Shore, Napier. Bounded towards the north-west by Crown land and by Sections Nos. 88 and 89; towards the north-east by Charles Street; towards the south-east by Section No. 4; and towards the south-west by Sections Nos. 83 and 84, all of West Shore, Napier, aforesaid: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 58722/9, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-eighth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and nine.

Bounded towards the north-west and north by a public road, towards the south-east by Tonga Street, and towards the south-west by Sections Nos. 3 and 5 of the said Block VI; as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 5287/3, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this first day of May, one thousand nine hundred and nine.

Opening Settlement Land in Auckland Land District for Selection
PLUNKET, Governor.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by “The Land Act, 1908,” and “The Land for Settlements Act, 1908,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the settlement land described in the Schedule hereto shall be open for selection on renewable lease on Wednesday, the twenty-third day of June, one thousand nine hundred and nine, at the rental mentioned in the said Schedule; and I do also declare that the said land shall be leased under and subject to the provisions of the said Acts.
