Notice of Intention to take Land for a Road through Subdivisions of Section 75, Hutt District, Block VIII, Belmont Survey District.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of “The Public Works Act, 1908,” to execute a certain work, to wit, the construction of a road through subdivisions of Section 75, Hutt District, Block VIII, Belmont Survey District, and for the purpose of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken. And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the said road, and of the land so required to be taken, is deposited in the Hutt Post-office, and is there open for inspection. And notice is also hereby given that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land shall, if they have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister in Charge of Roads Department.

Notice of the Taking and Laying-off of a Road through Orahiri X No. 6168x Block, Auckland Land District.

NOTICE is hereby given, by direction of His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, under the authority of section 93 of “The Public Works Act, 1908,” that the road described in the Schedule hereto was duly taken and laid off through the lands specified in the said Schedule, under the authority of the Governor of the said Dominion, by Warrant dated the 4th day of July, 1908.
