The boundaries commence at the intersection of Moor-
house Avenue and Lincoln Road; thence south-westerly
along Lincoln Road to Bright’s Road; thence south-easterly
along Bright’s Road to Jerrold Street; thence easterly along
Jerrold Street and South Crescent Road to Strickland Street;
thence south-easterly along Strickland Street to Colombo
Street; thence southerly along Colombo Street to Tennyson
Street; thence easterly along Tennyson Street to the River
Heathcote; thence north-easterly along the River Heathcote
and Wilson’s Road to Ferry Road; thence north-westerly
along the Ferry Road to Fitzgerald Avenue; thence
southerly along Fitzgerald Avenue to Moorhouse Avenue;
thence westerly along Moorhouse Avenue to the starting-
point; and comprise Rural Sections 13, 17, 62, 66, 72, and
79, Blocks XI and XV, and Rural Sections 21, 49, 71, 74,
176, 196, 227, 235, 238, 239, 712, Block XV, all in the Christ-
church Survey District.

THE following special order, made by the Feilding
Borough Council, is published in accordance with the
provisions of “The Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1908.”

BOROUGH OF FEILDING.
Special Order making Special Rate.
In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that
behalf by “The Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1908,” the Council
of the Borough of Feilding hereby resolves as follows: That,
for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges
on a loan of £425, authorised to be raised by the Council
of the Borough of Feilding, under the above-mentioned Act,
for paying the Council’s share of cost of construction of
Lower Gorge Bridge in terms of Governor’s Warrant, duly
gazetted on the 26th day of April, 1906, the said Council of
the Borough of Feilding hereby makes and levies a special
rate of 7½d. in the pound upon the rateable value of all rate-
able property of the Borough of Feilding; and that such
special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during
the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the 1st
day of April in each and every year during the currency
of such loan, being a period of forty-one years, or until the
loan is fully paid off.
The above special order was duly passed and adopted at a
properly constituted special meeting of the Council held on
the 26th day of January, 1909, and confirmed at a meeting
of the Council held on the 4th day of March, 1909.

Council, are published in accordance with the pro-
visions of “The Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1908.”

OROUA COUNTY COUNCIL.
Special Order.
THAT, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in
that behalf by “The Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1908,” and
“The Local Bodies’ Loans Amendment Act, 1908,” the
Oroua County Council hereby resolves as follows: That, for
the purpose of providing the interest at 3¼ per centum per
annum and other charges on a loan of £230, authorised to
be raised by the Oroua County Council, under the above-
mentioned Acts, for the purpose of providing for the con-
struction of works set forth in the proposal giving notice of
the intention to raise such loan as advertised in the Feilding
Star, the said Oroua County Council hereby makes and
levies a special rate of ½d. in the pound upon the rateable
value of all rateable properties comprising the whole of the
area included in Lots 1/21, Section 1, Part 11, Section 1B,
Section 2 and 185 Suburban, to be called “Kimbolton Road
Special-rating District No. 24 Loan”; and that such special
rates shall be annually recurring rates payable during the
currency of such loan at the Council Chambers, Feilding,
half-yearly, on the 1st days of April and October in each
year for a period of forty-one years, or until the loan is fully
paid off. It is the intention of the said Council to pay out of
the said loan the cost of raising same.
The above resolution was duly passed as a special order at
a special meeting of the Oroua County Council held on the
5th day of February, 1909, and confirmed at a special meet-
ing of the said Council held on the 6th day of March, 1909.

Special Order.
That, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in
it in that behalf by “The Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1908,”
and “The Local Bodies’ Loans Amendment Act, 1908,”
the Oroua County Council hereby resolves as follows:
That, for the purpose of providing the interest (at 3¼ per
centum per annum) and other charges on a loan of
£520, authorised to be raised by the Oroua County
Council, under the above-mentioned Acts, for the purpose
of providing for the construction of works set forth in the
proposal giving notice of the intention to raise such loan as
advertised in the Feilding Star, the said Oroua County
Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of ¾d. in the
pound upon the rateable value of all rateable properties com-
prising the whole of the area included in Sections 173/7
Suburban, 184, 162/172 Suburban, 4, 5, Manchester E, 48, 49,
Manchester A, and Lots 35 of Sections part 1A, 2A, Man-
chester D, 33 of Section part 3A, 32 of Section part 6A,
to be called “Makino Road Special-rating District No. 25
Loan”; and that such special rates shall be annually re-
curring rates payable during the currency of such loan at
the Council Chamber, Feilding, half-yearly, on the 1st days
of April and October in each year, for a period of forty-one
years, or until the loan is fully paid off. It is the intention
of the said Council to pay out of the said loan the cost
of raising same.

borough Town Board hereby resolves as follows: That,

on a loan of £2,500, authorised to be raised by the Martin-
borough Town Board, under the above-mentioned Acts, for
the purpose of extra reticulation and alteration to the present
water-supply to the township for the use of the inhabitants,
