NOTICE having been lodged with me by Muroa Panapa, of Fraser Road, Hawera, that he has taken Te Rou Ngaramgikatitia and Muroa Ngaramgikatitia, the children of Ngaramgikatitia and Te Purei Hitarere, to be his adopted children, and a certificate by a Judge of the Native Land Court, as required by Regulation No. 6, having been received, it is hereby notified that the said notice of adoption has been duly filed and registered.

MINING NOTICES.

In the matter of the New Skippers Sluicing Company (Limited).
An extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at the registered office of the company on the 1st day of February, the following resolution, of which notice had been given, was duly proposed and carried:
"That it had been proved to the satisfaction of the meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily."
A further resolution appointing Mr. A. Johnston C. Brown, Liquidator, was also carried.
