Order under Section 39 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894.”
IN THE NATIVE LAND COURT OF NEW ZEALAND.
In the matter of an application under section 39 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894”; and in the matter of the land known as Waimarino E; and in the matter of an application by Rangikowaea Kumer oa to the Chief Judge of the said Court to amend the order of the Court appointing successors to Wharerangi Matuahu, deceased.
WHEREAS the above application has been referred to the Native Land Court for inquiry and report, and the same has been duly reported upon: And whereas by error the names of certain persons were omitted from the said order of succession:
Now, therefore, for the purpose of rectifying the said error, and in exercise of the power in that behalf vested in me by section 39 aforesaid, I hereby order that the order of succession, dated the 3rd day of March, 1896, made in the matter of Wharerangi Matuahu, deceased, for Waimarino E Block is hereby amended by awarding the interest of the deceased to the undermentioned persons:—
Maari Matuahu, f., ⅓ share; Te Wiki Parerohi, f., 1/12th share; Te Whakarato Parerohi, f., 1/12th share; Te Raroa Parerohi, m., 1/12th share; Rangikowaea Parerohi, f., 1/12th share; Pane Parerohi, f., 1/12th share; Runga te Rangi Matuahu, m., 1/48th share; Erena Kiekie, f., 19 years, 1/48th share; Parekarangi Kiekie, f., 17 years, 1/48th share; Tiahui a Kiekie, f., 15 years, 1/48th share.

In the matter of an application under section 39 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894”; and in the matter of the land known as Waitara West, Section 134; and in the matter of an application by Puke Nui Tireni to the Chief Judge of the said Court to amend the order of the Court dated the 1st day of December, 1902, determining the owners of the above-mentioned block.
WHEREAS the above application has been referred to the Native Land Court for inquiry and report, and the same has been duly reported on: And whereas, by error, the names of the undermentioned persons were omitted from the said order of the 1st December, 1902:
Now, therefore, for the purpose of rectifying the said error, and in exercise of the power in that behalf vested in me by section 39 aforesaid, I hereby order that the order dated the 1st day of December, 1902, determining the owners of Waitara West, Section 134, be and the same is hereby amended by adding to the list of owners thereof the following names:—
Mataria te Waari, f.; Te Marewa Aowhariua, f.

IN THE NATIVE LAND COURT OF NEW ZEALAND.
In the matter of an application under section 39 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894”; and in the matter of the lands known as Kaiapoi, Onuku, and Wairewa; and in the matter of an application by Te Rua Kotua to the Chief Judge of the said Court to amend the orders of the Court appointing successors to Matenga te Rapa, deceased.
WHEREAS the above application having been referred to the Native Land Court for inquiry and report, and the same having been duly reported on, the said application is hereby dismissed.

WHEREAS the above application having been referred to the Native Land Court for inquiry and report, and the same having been duly reported on, the said application is hereby dismissed.
