Land temporarily reserved for a Site for a Public Hall in the Auckland Land District.

PLUNKET, Governor.

WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first section of “The Land Act, 1908,” it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned :
Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land in the Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, for a site for a public hall.

SCHEDULE.

All that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre and 1 perch, more or less, being Section No. 11A, Block XV, Mangakahia Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west and north-east by a public road, 249·7 and 473·4 links respectively ; towards the south-east and south-west by Section No. 11, Block XV, Mangakahia Survey District, 180·9 and 645·5 links respectively : be all the aforesaid linkages more or less : as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 8204/1, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

this sixth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and nine.

Lands temporarily reserved in the Town of Runanga, Westland Land District.

PLUNKET, Governor.

WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first section of “The Land Act, 1908,” it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned :
Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the lands in the Westland Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, for the purposes in the said Schedule specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the lands so intended to be temporarily reserved.

SCHEDULE.

All that area in the Westland Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 roods, more or less, being Reserve No. 359, situated in Block XXV, Town of Runanga. Bounded towards the north by Carroll Street; towards the east by other part of Block XXV, Town of Runanga; towards the south by Section No. 1 of said Block XXV; and towards the west by McGowan Street. For a site for a library and mechanics’ institute.

All that area in the Westland Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 roods, more or less, being Reserve No. 388, situated in Block XXV, Town of Runanga. Bounded towards the north by Section No. 1, Block XXV, Town of Runanga; towards the east by other part of said Block XXV; towards the south by Seddon Street; and towards the west by McGowan Street. For a site for a post and telegraph office.

As the same are delineated on the plan marked L. 7233/37, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon coloured pink.

Opening Land in Auckland Land District for Selection on Renewable Lease:

PLUNKET, Governor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by “The Land Act, 1908,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be open for selection on renewable lease on Monday, the twentieth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and nine, at the rental mentioned in the said Schedule ; and I do also declare that the said land shall be leased under and subject to section one hundred and thirty-five of the said Act, as it contains, or is supposed to contain, metal, mineral, or valuable stone.

Opening National Endowment Land in Auckland Land District for Selection.

PLUNKET, Governor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by “The Land Act, 1908,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the national endowment land described in the Schedule hereto shall be open for selection on renewable lease on Monday, the twenty-eighth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and ten, at the rental mentioned in the said Schedule ; and I do also declare that the said land shall be leased under and subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Notifying Lands in Auckland Land District for Sale by Public Auction.

IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the one-hundred-and-twenty-sixth section of “The Land Act, 1908,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint Friday, the seventh day of January, one thousand nine hundred and ten, as the time at which the lands enumerated in the Schedule hereto shall be sold by public auction ; and I do hereby fix the prices at which the said
