Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by the twelfth section of “The Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908,” doth hereby declare that the said land described in the first column of the Schedule hereto may be exchanged for the land described in the second column of the Schedule hereto.

Commencing at the north-west corner of Rural Section 22071, and bounded as follows: Towards the north-west by part Reserve 3119, 3493·1 links; towards the north-east by parts of Rural Sections 22069 and 22049, distances aggregating 4584·5 links; towards the south-east by part of the north-west boundary of Rural Section 21721, 3663·3 links; and towards the south-west by part of Reserve 3119, 4500 links, to the point of commencement: save and except the road-line, 100 links wide, passing through the said Reserve 3785: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 265/11, and deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, Wellington, and thereon bordered green. |

Tatawai Lake to cease to be a Sanctuary for Imported Game and Native Game.
PLUNKET, Governor.
WHEREAS by a Warrant made under “The Animals Protection Act, 1907,” dated the twentieth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and eight, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the fourth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and eight, a certain area in the Otago Land District, containing one hundred and twenty-one acres, more or less, situate in Block VI, Maungatua Survey District, and known as Tatawai Lake, was declared to be a sanctuary for imported game and native game: And whereas it is expedient to revoke the said Warrant:
Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, pursuant to the powers vested in me by “The Animals Protection Act, 1908,” do hereby revoke the above-mentioned Warrant as from the date hereof.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-ninth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and nine.

Petone Waterworks Reserve to be a Sanctuary for Imported and Native Game.
PLUNKET, Governor.
PURSUANT to the powers vested in me by “The Animals Protection Act, 1908,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby notify and declare that the area described in the Schedule hereto, being the Petone Waterworks Reserve, shall be a sanctuary for the purposes of the said Animals Protection Act, and that no imported game or native game shall be taken or killed within the said area.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 195 acres 3 roods 20 perches, more or less, being part of Subdivision No. 3 of Maungaraki Block, situated in Block VIII, Belmont Survey District; as the same is delineated on the plan marked 180/63, deposited in the District Survey Office, at Wellington, and thereon bordered green.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this fourth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and nine.

Two Lagoons near Amberley to be Sanctuaries for Imported and Native Game.
PLUNKET, Governor.
PURSUANT to the powers vested in me by “The Animals Protection Act, 1908,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby notify and declare that the areas described in the Schedule hereto, shall be sanctuaries for the purposes of the said Animals Protection Act, and that no imported game or native game shall be taken or killed within the said areas.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area, containing 74 acres, more or less, being Section No. 5664, Block XII, Grey Survey District, the said section being the property of Alfred Edward Tutton, of Amberley.
Also all that area, containing 162 acres, more or less, being Section No. 7409, Block XII, Grey Survey District, the said section being the property of Frederick Busch, of Newlands, Amberley.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this fourth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and nine.
