Portions of a Reserve for Public Purposes in the Canterbury Land District brought under “The Tourist and Health Resorts Control Act, 1908.”

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this second day of December, 1909.
Present :
His Excellency the Governor in Council.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred on him by section six of “The Tourist and Health Resorts Control Act, 1908” (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portions of the reserve for public purposes in the Canterbury Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of the said Act; and such portions of the said reserve shall hereafter be managed, administered, and dealt with in manner directed by the said Act.

SCHEDULE.
PORTIONS OF AN AREA OF 2,560 ACRES SET APART FOR PUBLIC PURPOSES IN Nelson Provincial Gazette No. 2, OF THE 11TH FEBRUARY, 1860, PAGE 6.
Plantations opposite Hanmer Sanatorium Grounds.
ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre and 12 perches, more or less, being Reserve No. 3783 (in red), Block II, Lyndon Survey District. Bounded towards the north by Section No. 6, Hanmer Plains Reserve, 572·6 links; towards the east by a public road, 284·3 links; towards the south by a public road, distances aggregating 116·1 links; towards the west and south by Reserve No. 3781, 158·3 and 196·5 links respectively; towards the west by a public road, distances aggregating 454·9 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 53102/27B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, Wellington, and thereon bordered pink.
All that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 acres and 37·3 perches, more or less, being Reserve No. 3780, Block II, Lyndon Survey District, commencing at a point distant 78·5 links from the north-east corner of Section No. 45, Sanatorium Grounds, and bounded as follows: Towards the north by a public road, 139·6 links; towards the east by the road forming the western boundary of the Hanmer Township, 1649·5 links; towards the south by a road-line, 139·6 links; and towards the west by the road forming the eastern boundary of the said Hanmer Sanatorium Grounds, 1649·5 links: save and except a right-of-way 50 links wide which intersects the above-described area: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 53102/27F, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, and thereon bordered pink.
Water-race Reserve at Dog Creek.
All that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 23 acres 1 rood 25 perches, more or less, being Reserve No. 3782, Block II, Lyndon Survey District, commencing at the intersection of the Jollie’s Pass and Conical Hill Roads, and bounded as follows: Towards the west by the said Conical Hill Road, distances aggregating 309·8 links; towards the north-west by Sections Nos. 6 and 8, thence by the southern boundary of a right-of-way, being the south-east boundary of Section No. 7; towards the north generally by Section No. 25 and Crown lands; towards the east and the south generally by the northern bank of Dog Creek to the eastern boundary of Section No. 25 produced; thence towards the east by the production of the said eastern boundary of Section No. 25, 575 links, to the Jollie’s Pass Road; thence towards the south by the said Jollie’s Pass Road to the place of commencement: save and except the several right-of-ways passing through the said Reserve No. 3782: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 53102/27G, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, Wellington, and thereon bordered pink.

Recreation Reserve in Taranaki Land District brought under Part II of “The Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908.”

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this second day of December, 1909.
Present :
His Excellency the Governor in Council.
BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the twenty-sixth section of “The Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the Taranaki Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act; and such reserve shall hereafter form part of Pukearuhe Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 3 acres, more or less, being Sections Nos. 13, 14, 15, Pukearuhe Township, Block VI, Mimi Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by Page Street, 500 links; towards the south-east by Sections 16, 17, and 18, Pukearuhe Township, 600 links; towards the south-west by Boyd Street, 500 links; and towards the north-west by Rotter Street, 600 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 1355, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

WHEREAS by “The Judicature Act, 1908,” it is enacted that the Court of Appeal shall hold its sittings at such times and places as shall from time to time be fixed by the Governor in Council, and proclaimed in the Government Gazette twenty-one days at least before the times so fixed respectively:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby fix that sittings of the Court of Appeal of New Zealand shall be held within the Supreme Court House, in the City of Wellington, upon the following days, at eleven o’clock in the forenoon:—
Monday, the fourth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and ten.
Monday, the fourth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and ten.
Monday, the third day of October, one thousand nine hundred and ten.
