| AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT. |
All that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 165 acres, more or less, being portion of State Forest Reserve No. 184, Waipareira Parish. Bounded towards the north-west by a tramway reserve and by Sections Nos. 31 and 26, Waipareira Parish; towards the east by Section No. 9 of the said parish; towards the south-east by a public road forming part of the north-west boundary of Section No. 128 of the parish aforesaid; and towards the south by a public road forming the northern boundary of the remaining portion of State Forest Reserve No. 184 of the said parish to the tramway reserve first mentioned: exclusive of that portion of the tramway reserve which intersects the above-described boundaries: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 58699/1, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
All that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 4,430 acres, more or less, being portion of the Puhipuhi State Forest Reserve, situated in Blocks III and VII, Hukerenui Survey District. Bounded towards the north generally by a road known as the Air-line Road; towards the east generally by the said road and by right lines (as shown on the plan hereinafter mentioned) for a distance of 32584 links; towards the south by the Puhipuhi No. 4A Block; and towards the west generally by Sections Nos. 48, 46, 43, 42, 41, 40, 39, the abutment of a road, by Section No. 38, by a public road, by Section No. 18 and a right line in continuation of its eastern boundary-line to the Waiotu River, and by the said river to the Air-line Road aforesaid: exclusive of that portion of the Great Northern Special Claim Nos. 1, 2, and 3 which is included in the above-described boundaries: be the aforesaid linkage more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 43994/189, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. | Proclamation dated the 28th June, 1887, and published in New Zealand Gazette No. 40, of the 30th June, 1887.

| TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT
All that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 8 acres 2 roods 25 perches, more or less, being part Section No. 8, Block II, Omona Survey District. Bounded towards the north generally by the Mangaehu Road, 1648·5 links; towards the east by part of Section No. 10, Block II, Omona Survey District, 1039·3 links; towards the south generally by other part of the aforesaid Section No. 8 and by the Waitiri Road, 2001·1 links; and towards the west by Waitiri Road aforesaid, 911·4 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 57428/11, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. | Proclamation dated the 23rd September, 1895, and published in New Zealand Gazette No. 72, of the 26th September, 1895. |
| WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.
All that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 26 acres 3 roods 7 perches, more or less, being Section No. 92b, Block XIII, Apiti Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west and north generally by a public road; towards the east generally by a public road; and towards the south-west by Section No. 266, Block XIII, Apiti Survey District: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 58518, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington and thereon bordered red. | Proclamation dated the 7th December, 1898, and published in New Zealand Gazette No. 90, of the 15th December, 1898. |
| NELSON LAND DISTRICT.
All those areas in the Nelson Land District, containing by admeasurement a total area of 2,703 acres 3 roods 13 perches, more or less, being Sections Nos. 3, 14, and 15, Block III, 6, 7, 9, 14, 15, 16, 29, 30, and 31, Block VII, 4, 5, 6, 10, 11, and 17, Block X, and 33 and 34, Block XI, all of the Wai-iti Survey District; as the same are delineated on the plan marked L. 58702/1, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red. | Proclamation dated the 17th November, 1886, and published in New Zealand Gazette No. 61, of the 25th November, 1886. |
| SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT.
All that area in the Southland Land District, containing by admeasurement 387 acres and 28 perches, more or less, being Section No. 802, Block LIV, Hokonui Survey District; as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 58004/1A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
All that area in the Southland Land District, containing by admeasurement 158 acres 2 roods 22 perches, more or less, being Section No. 348, Block XV, Forest Hill Hundred; as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 58004/1B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
All that area in the Southland Land District, containing approximately 200 acres, situated in Block X, Longwood Survey District, and Block XVII, Jacob's River Hundred. Bounded by a line commencing at the north-easternmost corner of Section No. 1, Block X, Longwood Survey District, and proceeding thence due east to a point in Block XVII, Jacob's River Hundred, distant 6000 links from the western boundary of the said hundred; thence by a line due south to the southern boundary of the said Block XVII; thence by a line due west to Section No. 1 aforesaid; and thence by the last-mentioned section to the point of commencement: be the aforesaid linkage more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 51113/61, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red. | Proclamation dated the 24th February, 1886, and published in New Zealand Gazette No. 11, of the 4th March, 1886. |
