NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the Aupouri Gold-mining Company (No Liability) held on the 28th day of September, 1908, an extraordinary resolution was passed winding up the said company voluntarily. Dated this 12th day of October, 1908.

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at the office of the company at the Victoria Arcade, Queen Street, Auckland, New Zealand, on the 30th day of September, 1908, the following special resolution was duly passed; and at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of the members of the said company, also duly convened, and held at the same place on the 19th day of October, 1908, the following special resolution was duly confirmed:-
"That the Waihi Standard Gold-mining Company (Limited) be wound up voluntarily, and that JOHN WILLIAM NICHOL be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up."

THE AMIKITIA GOLD-DREDGING COMPANY (LIMITED), (IN LIQUIDATION).
NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 230, subsection (2), of "The Companies Act, 1908," that an Extraordinary General Meeting of the members of the above-named company will be held at the offices of Mr. L. H. B. Wilson, No. 31 Hunter Street, Wellington, on Thursday, the 19th day of November, 1908, at 4 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator; and also of determining by extraordinary resolution the manner in which the books, accounts, and documents of the company, and of the Liquidator thereof, shall be disposed of.
