Meeting of the Tairawhiti District Maori Land Board.

Gisborne, 23rd October, 1908.

NOTICE is hereby given that the several matters mentioned in the Schedule hereunder written will be considered at a meeting of the Tairawhiti District Maori Land Board to be held at Gisborne on Monday, the 2nd day of November, 1908, or as soon thereafter as the business of the Board will allow.

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held at the Chamber of Commerce Rooms, Auckland, on the 22nd day of September, 1908, the following resolution was passed, the same being confirmed at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held at the same place on the 12th day of October, 1908:—

“That it is desirable to reconstruct the company, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily; and that HENRY JAMES LEE, of Auckland, Accountant, be appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.”
