ment of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Lands temporarily reserved for a Public Recreation-ground
in Lindsay Settlement, Hawke’s Bay Land District.
PLUNKET, Governor.
WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first sec-
tion of “The Land Act, 1908,” it is enacted that
the Governor may from time to time, either by general or
particular description, and whether the same has been
surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwith-
standing that the same may be then held under pastoral
license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required
for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned :
Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the
Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise
and pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me
by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale
the lands in the Hawke’s Bay Land District described in the
Schedule hereunder written, for a public recreation-ground.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, containing
by admeasurement 11 acres 1 rood 22 perches, more or less,
being Section No. 16, Block XI, Waipukurau Survey District
(Lindsay Settlement). Bounded towards the north-east
by the Waipawa River; towards the south-east by part of
Block XIV, Waipukurau Crown Grant District; towards
the south-west by the abutment of a road and Section No. 25,
Block XI, Waipukurau Survey District; and towards the
north-west by a railway reserve: as the same is delineated
on the plan marked L. 1118/1, deposited in the Head Office,
Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered
red.
All that area in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, con-
taining by admeasurement 3 acres, more or less, being Sec-
tion No. 27, Block XI, Waipukurau Survey District (Lindsay
Settlement). Bounded towards the north by the Waipawa
River; towards the east by a railway reserve; towards the
south by Section No. 24, Block XI, Waipukurau Survey
District; and towards the west by a road: as the same is
delineated on the plan marked L. 1118/2A, deposited in the
Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and
thereon bordered red.
All that area in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, con-
taining by admeasurement 1 acre 2 roods, more or less, being
Section No. 28, Block XI, Waipukurau Survey District
(Lindsay Settlement). Bounded towards the east by a
road; towards the south by Section No. 13, Block XI, Wai-
pukurau Survey District; and towards the west by a road:
as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 1118/2B,
deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at
Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Nos. 2408 and 1288; on the south and south-west by the
main branch of the Selwyn River : as the same is delineated
on the plan marked L. 1100/6, deposited in the Head Office,
Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered
red.

delineated on the plan marked L. 1125/1, deposited in the
Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and
thereon bordered red.
