✨ Land Proclamations
for the purpose hereinbefore specified have been observed
and performed:
Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the
Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise and
pursuance of the powers and authorities in me vested by
“The Public Works Act, 1905,” and of every other power
and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do
hereby proclaim and declare that the land mentioned in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for public buildings as
aforesaid. And it is hereby declared that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the fourteenth day of August,
one thousand nine hundred and eight.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by
section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” and its
amendments, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor
of the Dominion of New Zealand, with the consents of the
owners and of the mortgagees of the lands hereinafter mentioned, and with the consent of the Waipawa County
Council, being the local authority in whose district the said
lands are situated, do by this notice hereby proclaim as
taken for a road the lands in Norsewood and Takapau
Survey Districts described in the Schedule hereto.

proclaim as closed the road described in the Second
Schedule hereto, which is not required by reason of the
road first hereinbefore proclaimed.
