PLUNKET, Governor.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-
second day of July, 1908.
Present :
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the Kaiapoi Borough Council lately pro-
posed to raise a loan of three thousand pounds from
the Public Trustee for the purpose of constructing, pro-

thousand nine hundred and eight, made a resolution levying

due compliance with the formalities of the law, confirmed at
a special meeting of the Council held on the thirtieth day of

Kaiapoi Borough Council, but did not state the particulars

question by reason only of the irregularities aforesaid.
