Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

THE KAWHIA TOWN BOARD

to be the Kawhia Domain Board, having the control of the domain described in the said Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Thursday, the first day of October, one thousand nine hundred and eight, at half past seven o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Town Board Office, Kawhia, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.


SCHEDULE.

KAWHIA DOMAIN, KAWHIA COUNTY.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 4 acres and 37 perches, more or less, being Section No. 1, Block XI, Town of Kawhia. Bounded towards the north generally by the Kawhia “S” Block (known as Paretoa), 302·4, 484·6, 108·3, 102·3, 157, 116·3, 121·1, 244·9, 1145·3, and 555·1 links; towards the east by the Kawhia “K” No. 2 Block (known as Te Puru), 57·2 links; towards the south generally by Rosamond Terrace, 498·5, 300, and 1500 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 57839/4, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Kaponga Domain.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-eighth day of July, 1908.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred by “The Public Domains Act, 1881,” and the amendments thereof (including “The Domain Boards Act, 1904”), His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke certain Orders in Council, dated the twenty-eighth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and six, appointing the Kaponga Town Board to be the Kaponga Domain Board, and the twenty-sixth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and six, appointing the Kaponga Town Board to be the Victoria Park (Kaponga) Domain Board, and doth hereby appoint

THE KAPONGA TOWN BOARD

to be the Kaponga Domain Board, having, subject to the said Acts, control of the lands described in the Schedule hereto, which lands are a public domain, and shall be called the Kaponga Domain; and also doth hereby appoint Tuesday, the eighteenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and eight, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Town Board Office, Kaponga, as the place where, the first meeting of the said Board shall be held.


SCHEDULE.

KAPONGA DOMAIN.

ALL that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 14 acres, more or less, being Section No. 69, Kaponga Village Settlement, situated in Block XI, Kaupokonui Survey District. Bounded towards the north by a road, towards the east by Manaiā Road, towards the south by Section No. 98; and towards the west generally by the Kaupokonui River. Also

All that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 6 acres, more or less, being Sections Nos. 29, 30, 31, 38, 39, and 40, Kaponga Village Settlement. Bounded towards the north by the Eltham Road, towards the east by a road, towards the south by a road, and towards the west by Sections Nos. 37 and 28.

As the same are delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 51660A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred by “The Public Domains Act, 1881,” and the amendments thereof (including “The Domain Boards Act, 1904”), His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke a certain Order in Council, dated the twenty-fifth day of June, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-five, delegating powers to the Waitemata County Council as the Northcote Domain Board, and doth hereby appoint

THE NORTHCOTE BOROUGH COUNCIL

to be the Northcote Domain Board, having, subject to the said Acts, control of the lands described in the Schedule hereto, which lands are a public domain, and shall be called the Northcote Domain; and also doth hereby appoint Tuesday, the fourth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and eight, at seven o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Northcote Hall, Northcote, as the place where, the first meeting of the said Board shall be held.


SCHEDULE.

NORTHCOTE DOMAIN.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, situated in the Town of Northcote, Takapuna Parish, Waitemata County, being sections numbered 1 to 10 consecutively, and containing by admeasurement 1 acre 3 roods, more or less. Bounded towards the north by Section 11, 170 links; on the east by a street, 1220 links; on the south by a street, 75 links; and on the west by the Waitemata Harbour: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. Also

All that area in the Auckland Land District, situated in the Town of Northcote, Takapuna Parish, Waitemata County, being known as Lot 68, and containing by admeasurement 1 acre 2 roods 29 perches, more or less. Bounded towards the north by a street, 395 links and 310 links; towards the north-east by Section 67, a school endowment, 180 links; and towards the east and west generally by the Waitemata Harbour: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.

As the same are delineated on the plan marked L. 1039, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-eighth day of July, 1908.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS by section two of “The Domain Boards Act, 1904” (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, with respect to any public domain, appoint such persons (not exceeding nine) as he thinks fit to be a Domain Board having, subject to “The Public Domains Act, 1881,” control of such domain:

And whereas by section forty-five of the Reserves and other Lands Disposal and Public Bodies Empowering Act, 1907, the land described in the Schedule hereto was declared to be a public domain:

And whereas it appears expedient to appoint a Domain Board to control the said domain:
