His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to
appoint
CURWEN WATSON
to be an Inspector of Stock in the Civil Service of the
Government of New Zealand in terms of "The Civil
Service Reform Act, 1886," an Inspector for the purposes
of "The Stock Act, 1893," an Inspector for the purposes of
"The Rabbit Nuisance Act, 1882," and an Inspector for
the purposes of "The Noxious Weeds Act, 1900"; the
appointments to date from 26th June, 1908.

District, being formed into a battalion of Defence Rifle
Cadet Volunteers, under the several designations shown
below, and with effect from 1st July, 1908:—
No. 3 Battalion, Wellington Defence Rifle Cadet Volunteers.
A Company, Wellington College Rifle Cadet Volunteers;
B Company, Wellington College Rifle Cadet Volunteers;
