SCHEDULE.
ALL that piece or parcel of land, situate in the Port Nichol-
son Survey District, containing 351 acres 1 rood, more or
less, known as Ohariu Section 77, and comprised in certifi-
cate of title, Vol. xxx, folio 63, of the Register-book of the
Wellington District, containing the restrictions that the
said land shall be "inalienable by sale, or by lease for a
longer period than twenty-one years, or by mortgage, except
with the consent of the Governor being previously obtained
to every such sale, lease, or mortgage."

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor,
this seventeenth day of July, one thousand nine
hundred and eight.

Trustees for the Waddington Public Cemetery appointed.

PLUNKET, Governor.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the forty-fifth section of "The Ceme-
teries Act, 1882," I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the
Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
appoint the local authority specified in the first column of
the Schedule hereto to have the control and management
of the public cemetery specified in the second column of
the said Schedule.

East Malvern Road Board. WADDINGTON.
All that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 10 acres, more or less, being Reserve No. 2417 (in red), situated in Block XIII, Oxford Survey District. Bounded on the north by part of Rural Section 15456, 606 links; on the east by Rural Section 15538, 1650 links; on the south by a road-line, 606 links; and on the west by Sections Nos. 1, 2, and 3 of Reserve 1084, 1650 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 1507, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered pink.

this seventeenth day of July, one thousand nine
hundred and eight.

Trustees for the Matakana Public Cemetery appointed.

PLUNKET, Governor.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the sixth section of "The Cemeteries
Act, 1882," I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of
the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
EVAN RICHARDS,
ROBERT WILLIAMS,
KIRKWOOD CAMPBELL, and
JOHN ARMOUR
to be Trustees, in the place of John Williams, Alexander
Campbell, William Armour, and Charles Morgan, deceased,
to provide for the maintenance and care of the Matakana
Public Cemetery, in conjunction with James Edward
Matthew and George Cruickshank, previously appointed by
His Excellency the Governor.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor,
this seventeenth day of July, one thousand nine
hundred and eight.
