SCHEDULE.
ROTORUA ACCLIMATISATION DISTRICT.
ALL that area bounded towards the north generally by the Tauranga County from the north-eastern boundary of Piako County to the sea; thence by the sea to the north-western corner of Oputiki County; thence towards the east generally by Oputiki and Cook Counties and the sea to Moeangiangi; thence towards the south generally by the leading spur and the southern watershed of the Waikare River to Taraponui Mountain; thence by the leading spur to the confluence of the Mohaka River with the Waipunga River; thence by a right line to Tataroakino Mountain; thence by the eastern watershed of the Mokomokonui Stream to Pohokuna Mountain; thence by a line running due east to the Pukahunui Stream; thence by the leading spur and the western watershed of the Te Hoe River to Maungataniwha Trig. Station; thence by the north-eastern boundary of Heruwi No. 4 Block to the northern boundary of the Wairoa County; thence by the Wairoa County to the Napier-Taupo Road; thence by Hawke’s Bay, Rangitikei, and Waimarino Counties to the Wanganui River; thence towards the west generally by the Wanganui River to its confluence with the Ongaruhe River; thence by the Ongaruhe River to its source; thence by a right line to the summit of Mount Rangitoto; thence by a right line to the summit of Puwhenua Mountain; and thence by Piako County to the southern boundary of Tauranga County, the place of commencement.

Land at Totara and Kawhakahia Lakes, County of Horowhenua, to be a Sanctuary for Imported and Native Game.
PLUNKET, Governor.
PURSUANT to the powers vested in me by the Animals Protection Act, 1907, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby notify and declare that the area described in the Schedule hereto shall be a sanctuary for the purposes of the said Animals Protection Act, and that no imported game or native game shall be taken or killed within the said area.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area, containing about 775 acres, situated in the County of Horowhenua, being Sections 36, 37, and 38 of the Ngarara West A Block, and including the whole of the Totara Lake and portion of the Kawhakahia Lake.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this ninth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and eight.

to be a Trustee, in the place of Thomas Latta, resigned, to provide for the maintenance and care of the Marua Public Cemetery, in conjunction with the other persons previously appointed by His Excellency the Governor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several persons whose names are specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to be Trustees to provide for the maintenance and care of the public cemetery specified in the second column of the said Schedule.
