Arrangements for First Election, &c., Ellerslie Town District, County of Eden.

Office of the Minister of Internal Affairs,
Wellington, 9th May, 1908.

HIS Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint

ALEX BELL

to be the Returning Officer to conduct the first election of the Commissioners of the Town District of Ellerslie, County of Eden, as constituted under “The Town Districts Act, 1881,” and to be the person to prepare a roll of electors for the purposes of the said first election; also to appoint Wednesday, the 10th day of June, 1908, to be the date, and the Mount Wellington Road Board Office, at Ellerslie, to be the place, at which such first election shall be held; and also to appoint Monday, the 15th day of June, 1908, at 7.30 o’clock in the afternoon, to be the time, and the said Road Board Office to be the place, at which the first meeting of the said Commissioners shall be held.
