HOROWHENUA COUNTY COUNCIL.

“PUBLIC WORKS ACT, 1905.”—LAND REQUIRED FOR ROAD.

PURSUANT to the provisions of “The Public Works
Act, 1905,” it is hereby notified that the Horowhenua
County Council requires the land hereunder for the purpose
of a public road. A plan, marked “A,” showing position
of same will be open for public inspection at the County
Office, Levin, during office hours, for a period of forty
days from the date hereof.
All persons affected by the taking of the land are hereby
called upon to set forth in writing any well-grounded
objections thereto, and to serve the same upon the County
Clerk at Levin before the expiration of forty days from the
date hereof.
