Recreation Reserve in Otago Land District brought under "The Public Domains Act, 1881.".

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this fourteenth day of March, 1908.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the twenty-fourth section of "The Public Reserves Act, 1881," I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the Otago Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of "The Public Domains Act, 1881"; and such reserve shall hereafter form part of Karitane Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with in manner directed by the said Act.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 3 roods 4 perches, more or less, being Sections Nos. 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15, Block IX, Town of Waikouaiti, Waikouaiti County. Bounded towards the north-west by part of Section No. 16 of said block, 103·2 links; towards the north-east by Sections Nos. 4, 5, and 6 of said block, 375 links; again towards the north-west by said Section No. 6, 200 links; again towards the north-east by Duncansby Street, 250 links; towards the south-east by Section No. 9 of said block, 200 links; again towards the north-east by said Section No. 9, 112·5 links; again towards the south-east by Lewis Street, 200 links; and towards the south-west by Stornoway Street, 326·6 links; and by a public street, 422·1 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 37061/50, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of "The Tourist and Health Resorts Control Act, 1906," I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of "The Tourist and Health Resorts Control Act, 1906"; and such reserve shall hereafter be administered in manner directed by the said Act.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 198 acres, more or less, being Section No. 10, Block I, Tarawera Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west by Section No. 32, Suburbs of Rotorua, 8220 links; towards the east by Lot No. 1, Block LXV, Rotorua Town Extension, and the abutment of a road 150 links wide, 320 links; towards the north by the aforesaid road, 750 links; again towards the east by Fenton Street, 713 links; towards the south-east by a road 150 links wide, 780·6 links; towards the north-east by the crossing of the last-mentioned road and Lot No. 1, Block XLVIII, Rotorua Town Extension, 400 links; again towards the east by a reserve, 550 links; again towards the south-east and east generally by the Puarenga Stream; again towards the south-east by a State forest reserve, 70 links; and towards the south-west by Tihoitonga Block, 5427 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: save and except two roads, 100 links wide, which intersect the hereinbefore-described area: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 57143/5, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Vesting a Reserve in Trustees.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this fourteenth day of March, 1908.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been permanently reserved for a site for a stock saleyard:
And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in Trustees:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by the fourth section of "The Public Reserves Act, 1881," doth hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the undermentioned persons, viz.:—
THOMAS DAVID ROBERTSON, of Cave, Sheep-farmer;
ANDREW BURNETT, of Cave, Sheep-farmer;
GEORGE WINTER, of Cave, Sheep-farmer;
MICHAEL COUGHLAN, of Cave, Sheep-farmer; and
THOMAS PRINGLE, of Cave, Sheep-farmer,
in trust for a site for a stock saleyard.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 acres 2 roods 26 perches, more or less, being Section No. 26, Cave Village (Rosewill Settlement), Block IX, Pareora Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west by the Mackenzie Country Road, 426 links; towards the south-west by a street, 625 links; towards the south-east by Section No. 27 of Cave Village aforesaid, 425·5 links; and towards the north-east by Section No. 28, 625 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 57427/6, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been permanently reserved for a site for a pound and quarry:
And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Sumner Borough Council:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by the fourth section of "The Public Reserves Act, 1881," doth hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Sumner Borough, in trust, for a site for a pound and quarry.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 3 acres 2 roods 16 perches, more or less, being Reserve No. 2862, situated in the Borough of Sumner.
