MOUNT EDEN BOROUGH COUNCIL.
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LANDS TO WIDEN “THE TERRACE” AND “MOUNT EDEN ROAD.”
“The Municipal Corporations Act, 1900,” and its Amendments, and “The Public Works Act, 1905.”
IN pursuance of the powers of the above-mentioned Acts, the body corporate of the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Mount Eden hereby gives notice that to widen certain roads called “The Terrace” and “Mount Eden Road,” situate in the said borough, and for the purpose and object of such public work, the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken by the said Corporation under the provision of the above Acts, and that a survey has been made and a plan prepared by A. L. Foster, and numbered 11, showing the lands so required to be taken, together with the names of the owners and occupiers thereof, so far as they can be ascertained, and that a copy of such plan is deposited in the office of the Town Clerk of the said Corporation, at the Corporation Offices, Mount Eden Road, Mount Eden, the place directed by the Corporation, and is there open for inspection at all reasonable hours; and that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said lands are hereby required to set forth in writing any well-founded objections to the execution of the said public work or the taking of such land, and to send such writing, within forty days from the 23rd day of January, 1908 (being the date of the first publication of the notice), to the Town Clerk, Mount Eden.

TAKE notice that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us as Restaurant Proprietors, at High Street, Auckland, under the style of “Manson and Sproul, City Catering Co.,” has this day been dissolved by mutual consent; and that Mr. Manson, who continues the business on his own account, will receive all moneys due to, and pay all moneys owing by, the late firm.

NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
THE Partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned, DAVID CLEGHORN, JAMES SMAIL, JOHN SMAIL, and JOHN MELROSE, trading as “The Southland Woollen Manufacturing Company,” at Invercargill, as Woollen-manufacturers, has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 17th day of October, 1907. The business will in future be carried on by the undersigned, James Smail, John Smail, and John Melrose, and all accounts due to or by the late firm will be received and paid respectively by them.
