NEW ZEALAND LOAN AND MERCANTILE AGENCY
COMPANY (LIMITED), and application having been made
to me to register a certain dealing affecting the said mortgage,
I hereby give notice that I will register such dealing, dis-
pensing with the production of the said duplicate mortgage,
at the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the
Gazette containing this notice.

    the undersigned, ALEXANDER SUTHERLAND McFARLANE and
    DAVID BOWER, carrying on business as Tinsmiths and
    Plumbers, at Walker Street, Dunedin; under the style or
    firm of "A. McFarlane and Co.," has been dissolved by
    mutual consent from the 1st day of February, 1908.
  2. That the said business will be carried on at the said
    address by the said David Bower in his own name, and
    that the said David Bower will pay and discharge all debts
    and liabilities of the said late firm, and receive all moneys
    due thereto.
