NOTICE is hereby given—
(1.) That the Partnership lately subsisting between us, the undersigned, Thomas Curtin and William Harvey, carrying on business as Carters, at Crawford Street, Dunedin, under the style or firm of “Curtin and Harvey,” has been dissolved by mutual consent from the 1st day of January, 1908.
(2.) That the said business will be carried on at the said address by the said Thomas Curtin under his own name, and that the said Thomas Curtin will pay and discharge all debts and liabilities of the said late firm, and receive all moneys due thereto.
