Notifying Lands in Auckland Land District for Sale by
Public Auction.
PLUNKET, Governor.
IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred
upon me by the one-hundred-and-thirteenth section of
"The Land Act, 1892," I, William Lee, Baron Plunket,
the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
appoint Friday, the tenth day of April, one thousand nine
hundred and eight, as the time at which the lands described
in the Schedule hereto shall be sold by public auction; and
I do hereby fix the prices at which the said lands shall be
sold as those mentioned in the said Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
Village Land.
WAIOMIO Village (Bay of Islands County), Museum Endow-
ments.—Block VI, Section 26, 3 roods 32 perches; upset
price, £5. Section 27, 3 roods 6 perches; upset price, £5.
Situated half a mile from Kawakawa by dray-road; part
swamp in each, balance inferior soil; undulating tea-tree
and waewae-koukou slopes.
Rural Land.
Town of Te Rore (Waipa County), Museum Endowment.—
Block II, Sections 1, 2, 3, 4 (grouped), 1 acre; upset price,
£5. Level land; good soil, covered with gorse. Situated
near Te Rore Bridge, four miles from Pirongia Post-office.
