Declaring Portion of Koch’s Road, in the Waipawa County, to be a County Road.

PLUNKET, Governor.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this sixteenth day of December, 1907.

Present:
THE RIGHT HONOURABLE SIR J. G. WARD, K.C.M.G., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in him by “The Public Works Act, 1905,” and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the road in the Waipawa County described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, be a county road.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of the road in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, Waipawa County, known as Koch’s Road, commencing at its junction with the road to Waipawa, near the north-east corner of Section 37, Block I, Ruataniwha Survey District, and proceeding thence in a northerly direction to the north-west boundary-line of Section 17, Block XIII, Whakarara Survey District, and thence in a westerly direction for about 20 chains, the whole distance being about one mile and a half; as the said road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked R. 9294, deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Portion of Knight Road, in the Hawke’s Bay County, to be a County Road.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in him by “The Public Works Act, 1905,” and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, be a county road.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of road in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, Hawke’s Bay County, known as the Knight Road, commencing at its junction with the Onepu Road, and proceeding thence in a westerly direction for a distance of 1 mile 50 chains, more or less, ending at a point 12 chains from the eastern boundary of Section 1, Block XI, Maraekakaho Survey District; as the said road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked R. 6693, deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Part of Mangaone Road, Wairoa County, to be a County Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this sixteenth day of December, 1907.

IN exercise and in pursuance of the powers vested in him by “The Public Works Act, 1905,” and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that that part of the road known as Mangaone Road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, be a county road.

SCHEDULE.
MANGAONE ROAD.
THAT part of the Mangaone Road, in the County of Wairoa and in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, commencing at its junction with the northern boundary of Section 2, Block III, Nuhaka Survey District; thence in a north-western direction for a distance of about 4 miles 20 chains to a point about 10 chains distant from the north-west boundary of Section 2, Block XVII, Nuhaka North Survey District: as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked R. 8834A, deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Mangapouri Road, in the Piako County, to be a County Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this sixteenth day of December, 1907.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in him by “The Public Works Act, 1905,” and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the road in the Piako County described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, be a county road.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of road in the Auckland Land District, Piako County, and Patetere North Survey District, known as the Mangapouri Road, starting from a point on the Tirau–Pataruru Road, being the southernmost point of Section 10 and the westernmost point of Section 11, Block VI; thence in a north-easterly direction to the boundary between Section 10, Block VI, and Section 6, Block II; thence generally in an easterly and north-easterly direction along the boundaries of Sections 6, 7, and part of Section 8, Block II, and Section 9, Block VI, to a point on the southern boundary of Section 8, Block II; and thence in a north-easterly direction through Section 8, Block II, to the Cambridge–Rotorua Road, being a distance of 1 mile 70 chains, more or less: as the said road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked R. 8854, deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.
