SCHEDULE.
ALL that road in the Auckland Land District, Whangarei County, commencing at the junction of the roads in Native Block 4614, in Block IX, Purua Survey District, and proceeding thence in a westerly direction to Section 32; thence through Sections 32, 31, and Crown land, and along the southern boundary of Section E. 12, Block XII, Mangakahia Survey District; thence proceeding generally in a westerly direction along the southern boundaries of Sections W. 12, 15, and 21; thence in a north-westerly direction through Native Blocks 6571 A1, 6571 A2, 6571 A3, and Section 17; thence generally in a westerly direction along Sections 25, 28, and through Native Block 6569, and along the southern boundary of Section 3, Blocks XI and X, Mangakahia Survey District, to the county boundary, a distance of 11 miles 60 chains or thereabouts, and lettered D.A.B.
Also all that road commencing at its junction with the road in Native Block 6571 A1, in Block XII, Mangakahia Survey District, and proceeding thence in a south-westerly direction through 6571 A1 and 6571 A2, and Section 19; thence along southern boundaries of Sections 15, 4, and 13, Block XI, Mangakahia Survey District, to the county boundary in Section 1, Block XV, Mangakahia Survey District, a distance of three miles and a half or thereabouts.
As the said roads are more particularly delineated on the plan marked R. 9288, deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured blue and burnt sienna respectively, and lettered as above mentioned.

Declaring Portion of College Road, in the Hawke’s Bay County, to be a County Road.

At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this sixteenth day of December, 1907.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in him by “The Public Works Act, 1905,” and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of College Road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, be a county road.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of College Road, in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, Hawke’s Bay County, commencing at its junction with the Hampden-Kaikora Road, and ending at its junction with the south-east corner of Section 3, Block III, Waipukurau Survey District, a distance of 27 chains; as the said road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked R. 9286, deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

ALL that road in the Auckland Land District, situated in Otamatea County, commencing at its junction with a road running in a south-easterly direction at the north-west corner of Section 51, Block XV, Tokatoka Survey District, and proceeding in a north-easterly direction along the boundary of Sections 51 and 55 to its junction with a road at the south-western corner of Section 9, all in Block XV, Tokatoka Survey District, a distance of 1 mile or thereabouts; as the same is delineated on the plan marked R. 9324, deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, thereon coloured red, and lettered A.B.

ALL that road in the Auckland Land District, Piako County, known as the Rangitanuku Road, starting from the southernmost corner of Section 61, Block XV, Tapapa Survey District, and thence in a northerly direction to a point on the western boundary of said Section 61, a distance of 1 mile 40 chains, more or less; as the said road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked R. 6482, deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured burnt sienna.
TAUMANGI ROAD.
All that road in the Auckland Land District, Piako County, known as the Taumangi Road, starting at Taumangi Railway-station, and proceeding thence in a generally north-easterly direction to its junction with Putaruru-Tirau Road, being a distance of 75 chains, more or less; as the said road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked R. 6482, deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured burnt sienna.
PUTARURU TO CAMBRIDGE-ROTORUA ROAD.
All that road in the Auckland Land District, Piako County, known as the Putaruru to Cambridge-Rotorua Road, starting at a point on the Putaruru-Tirau Road, and proceeding thence in a generally north-easterly and northerly direction along the north-west boundaries of Sections 100, 96, and 94, Block VII, Patetere North Survey District; thence through 2A No. 2B, and along the western boundary of Section 85, Blocks VII and III respectively, Patetere North Survey District, to its junction with the Cambridge-Rotorua Road; being a distance of 3 miles 60 chains, more or less: as the said road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked R. 6482, deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured burnt sienna.
PAKARAKA ROAD.
All that road in the Auckland Land District, Piako County, known as the Pakaraka Road, starting at a point on the Te Aroha Road being at the north-west corner of Section 68, Block XV, Tapapa Survey District, and proceeding thence in an easterly and south-easterly direction along the northern and north-eastern boundaries of Sections 68, Block XV, and 72, Block XVI, Tapapa Survey District; thence in a south-easterly direction along the north-eastern
