Also all that road commencing at the south-western boundary of Section 33, Block XV, Tokatoka Survey District; thence in an easterly direction along the southern boundary of Sections 33, 32, and 31; thence in a north-easterly direction along the southern boundaries of Sections 42 and 40 to the southern corner of Section 41, Block XV, Tokatoka Survey District, a distance of 1 mile 60 chains or thereabouts, and lettered I.J. on the plan.
Also all that road commencing at the south-western corner of Section 9, Block XVI, Tokatoka Survey District; thence in a north-easterly direction along southern boundaries of Sections 9, 8, 18, 19; thence in an easterly direction along the southern boundary of Section 2; thence through Sections 6, 1, 257, 58, and 49 to junction with other road in Section 49, Block XIII, Matakohe Survey District, a distance of 5 miles 40 chains or thereabouts, and lettered on plan K.O.L.
Also all that road commencing at the south-western corner of Section 59, Block XVI, Tokatoka Survey District; thence in a north-easterly direction along western boundaries of Sections 59, 61, and 62 to the boundary of Section 1, in the said block, a distance of two miles or thereabouts, and lettered N.M. on the plan.
Also all that road commencing at the south-western corner of Section 4, Block III, Te Kuri Survey District; thence south along the western boundaries of Sections 11 and 10 to Landing Reserve, a distance of 53 chains or thereabouts, and lettered Q.R. on the plan.
Also all that road commencing at the northern boundary of Section 38, Block XVI, Tokatoka Survey District, proceeding thence in a southerly direction along the western boundaries of Sections 38, 39, 40, 41, and 42 to the south-west corner of Section 42, a distance of 2 miles 60 chains or thereabouts, and lettered O.P. on the plan.
Also all that road commencing at the northern boundary of Section 44, Block XVI, Tokatoka Survey District, proceeding thence in a southerly direction along the eastern boundaries of Sections 44 and 43 to Section 50, a distance of one mile or thereabouts, and lettered on plan O.S.
Also all that road commencing at the northern boundary of Section 4, Block X, Tokatoka Survey District, proceeding thence in a southerly direction along the western boundaries of Sections 4, 10, 2, and 3, Block X, Tokatoka Survey District, and along the river frontage, Village of Raupo, Block XV, Tokatoka Survey District, a distance of three miles or thereabouts, and lettered T.W. on the plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked R. 9282, and deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red, and lettered as above mentioned.

At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this sixteenth day of December, 1907.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in him by “The Public Works Act, 1905,” and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, be a county road.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of road known as Mangapuka-Kaukuhi Road, in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, in the Waipawa County, commencing at its junction with Freeland Road, and proceeding thence in a north-westerly direction along the northern bank of the Mangapuka-Kaukuhi Stream to its junction with the Ruaroa Road, being a distance of about 42 chains; as the same is delineated on the plan marked R. 7741, deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red, and lettered A.B.

THAT part of the Maraenui Road, in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, commencing at its junction with the Maraetaha Road at the north-eastern corner of Section 5, Block XI, Nuhaka North Survey District, and proceeding thence in a westerly direction along the southern boundary of Section 7 and part of the southern boundary of Section 8, Block XI, Nuhaka North Survey District, to a point about 30 chains from the Nuhaka River, being a distance of about two miles; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked R. 8834, deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

ALL that road in the Auckland Land District, situated in the Village of Raupo, County of Otamatea, known as Wharf Street, commencing at a point on the southernmost corner of Village Section 22, thence proceeding in a north-easterly direction along Sections 22 and 8 to its junction with Awaroa Street, a distance of 8 chains or thereabouts.
Also all that road in the Auckland Land District, situated in the Village of Raupo, County of Otamatea, known as Awaroa Street, commencing at a point on the westernmost corner of Village Section 15, thence proceeding in a north-easterly direction along Sections 15 and 1, thence south-easterly along Village Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, and Suburban Sections 15 and 15A to south-western corner of Section 33 and boundary of Raupo Suburbs, a distance of 60 chains or thereabouts.
Also all that road in the Auckland Land District, situated in the Village and Suburbs of Raupo, County of Otamatea, known as Omaru Road, commencing at a point on the southernmost corner of Village Section 28, thence proceeding along Sections 28 and 14, thence along Suburban Sections 14, 13, 12, 11, and 10 to boundary of Suburbs of Raupo, a distance of 50 chains or thereabouts.
As the same are more particularly delineated on a plan marked R. 9381, coloured brown, and deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District.
