NOTICE is hereby given that the firm of SANDERSON, MURRAY, AND CO., of London, which has heretofore been a partner as a firm in the firms of Murray, Roberts, and Co.. of Dunedin, and Murray, Roberts, and Co., of Wellington, Napier, and Gisborne, retired from all of the said firms of Murray, Roberts, and Co. as on the 1st April, 1907, and that Mr. WILLIAM MURRAY, of Gresham Buildings, Basinghall Street, in the City of London, Merchant, and Messrs. WILLIAM RONALD MURRAY and DOUGLAS STUART MURRAY, both of Melbourne (three of the partners in the said firm of Sanderson, Murray, and Co.), have, as from the said 1st April, 1907, taken over the interest held by the said firm of Sanderson, Murray, and Co. as a firm in all of the said firms of Murray, Roberts, and Co.

NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to section 230 of “The Companies Act, 1903,” that a General Meeting of the members of the above-named company will be held at the office of Messrs. A. E. Harding and Co. (Limited), Mangawhare, Wairoa North, on Friday, the 10th day of January, 1908, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of having an account laid before the company showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted, and of determining by extraordinary resolution the manner in which the books, accounts, and documents of the company, and of the Liquidators thereof, shall be disposed of.
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 252 of “The Companies Act, 1903,” that a General Meeting of the members of the above-named company will be held at the office of Messrs. A. E. Harding and Co. (Limited), Mangawhare, Wairoa North, on Friday, the 10th day of January, 1908, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering, and, if thought fit, passing, the following resolution:—
“That the books, accounts, and documents of the company, and of the Liquidator thereof, be retained in the possession of Stanley George Chambers for the period of one year, and at the expiry of that period be destroyed.”
