TAKE notice that the name of the above-mentioned company has been struck off the Register, and the company has been dissolved.

Given under my hand, at Christchurch, this 7th day of January, 1908.

In the matter of the Plantekoa Proprietary (Limited) and "The Companies Act, 1903."

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the Plantekoa Proprietary (Limited), duly convened, and held at the company's office, 27 Lambton Quay, Wellington, on Thursday, the 5th day of December, 1907, the following special resolutions were duly passed, and at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of the members of the said company, also duly convened, and held at the same place on Friday, the 20th day of December, 1907, the following special resolutions were duly confirmed:—

  1. "That the company be wound up voluntarily."

  2. "That JAMES WHITSON JACK be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the company."

  3. "That Messrs. J. H. OWEN and GEORGE WILSON be and are hereby appointed an Advisory Board."

NOTICE OF SPECIAL RESOLUTION TO WIND UP.

In the matter of "The Companies Act, 1903"; and in the matter of the Nicol, Stringer, and Roberts Company (Limited).

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at Courtenay Place, Wellington, on the 9th of December, 1907, the following special resolution was duly passed; and at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at Courtenay Place, Wellington, on the 24th day of December, 1907, the following resolution was duly confirmed, viz.: "That the company be wound up by voluntary liquidation, and that W. H. SUCKLING be appointed Liquidator" for the purpose of the winding-up.
