Towards the south-east by right lines bounding Section No. 1, Block V, Tainui Survey District, 182·4, 599·3, 558·5, 867·7, and 421·8 links, to the northernmost corner of the said Section No. 1; towards the east by a line due north, 660 links; towards the north by a line due west to the main Tadmor-Hope Road; and towards the west generally by that road: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated upon the plan marked S.G. 57722/1, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon edged with red. For a resting-place for travelling stock.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-eighth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and seven.

PLUNKET, Governor.
WHEREAS by the two-hundred-and-thirty-fifth section of “The Land Act, 1892,” it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:
Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the lands in the Otago Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, for purposes of public recreation.

Trustees for the Eketauna Public Cemeteries appointed.
PLUNKET, Governor.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the forty-fifth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Warrant of the thirtieth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and six, appointing Trustees for the Eketauna Public Cemeteries, and appoint the local authority specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to have the control and management of the public cemeteries specified in the second column of the said Schedule.

Bounded towards the north-west by a public road, towards the south-east by the Masterton–Woodville Railway, and towards the south-west by the Eketauna Native Reserve; as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 26151a, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
EKETAHUNA (ALFREDTON ROAD).
All that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 3 roods 15 perches, more or less, being Lot No. 2 of Section No. 40, Block VI, Mangaone Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west by Section No. 14, towards the east generally by Lot No. 1 of Section No. 40 aforesaid, and towards the south by the Alfredton Road; as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 26151b, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
EKETAHUNA (CENTRAL ROAD).
All that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 10 acres and 20 perches, more or less, being Section No. 32, Block IX, Mangaone Survey District. Bounded towards the north by Section No. 31 of the said Block IX, towards the east by said Section No. 31, towards the south by Central Road, and towards the west by Section No. 30 of the said Block IX; as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 26151c, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
