Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby declare and appoint that the time at or before which you shall present to me your report aforesaid is hereby extended to the first day of November, one thousand nine hundred and seven.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable William Lee, Baron Plunket, Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Knight Commander of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House, at Wellington, this second day of October, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and seven.

Lands temporarily reserved in the Auckland Land District.

PLUNKET, Governor.

WHEREAS by the two-hundred-and-thirty-fifth section of “The Land Act, 1892,” it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned :

Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the lands in the Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, for municipal purposes.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 24 perches, more or less, being Sections Nos. 25 and 48, Block VI, Town of Paeroa. Bounded towards the north-east by Section No. 47, Block VI, Town of Paeroa, 100 links; towards the south-east by Section No. 26 of the aforesaid block, 150 links; towards the south-west by Willoughby Street, 100 links; and towards the north-west by Arney Street, 150 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 57454/11, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. As a site for offices and buildings for the Ohinemuri Agricultural and Horticultural Society.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-eighth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and seven.

PLUNKET, Governor.

WHEREAS by the two-hundred-and-thirty-fifth section of “The Land Act, 1892,” it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned :

Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land in the Hawke’s Bay Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, for the purpose in the said Schedule specified at the end of the description of the land so intended to be temporarily reserved.


SCHEDULE.

ALL that parcel of land in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, containing by admeasurement 17 acres 1 rood, more or less, being Section No. 86, Hangaroa Village (Block VIII, Hangaroa Survey District). Bounded towards the north generally by Bruce Street and Hangaroa River, and towards the west and south by a public road and the said Hangaroa River; excepting and excluding the public road which intersects the above-described area; as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 57827/1, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. For a resting-place for travelling stock.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-eighth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and seven.
