Regulations for Conducting the Survey of Land in New Zealand.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by “The New Zealand Institute of Surveyors and Board of Examiners Act, 1900,” the Surveyors’ Board doth hereby amend the regulations for conducting the survey of land in New Zealand, made on the eighth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and seven, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the twenty-ninth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and seven, by the substitution of the following Schedule for Schedule E thereof:—

SCHEDULE E.
Statutory Declaration verifying Plan.
I, A. B., of [Place of abode], licensed surveyor, do solemnly and sincerely declare that this plan has been made from surveys executed by me or under my own personal supervision, inspection, and field check, and that both plan and survey are correct, and have been made in accordance with the regulations of the Surveyors’ Board dated the 8th day of August, 1907.
And I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true, and by virtue of the provisions of an Act of the General Assembly of New Zealand intituled “The Justices of the Peace Act, 1882.”
