Trustees for the Waipukurau Public Cemetery appointed.

PLUNKET, Governor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the forty-fifth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the local authority specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to have the control and management of the public cemetery specified in the second column of the said Schedule.

SCHEDULE.

Waipukurau Town Board. WAIPUKURAU.
All that area in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, containing by admeasurement 5 acres and 30 perches, more or less, being part of Block 16, Waipukurau Crown-grant District, Block XIV, Waipukurau Survey District. Bounded towards the north by Lot 14 of Block 16 aforesaid, a distance of 1000 links; towards the east by main road from Wallingford to Waipukurau, a distance of 518·8 links; towards the south by public road, a distance of 1000 links; and towards the west by Lot 18 of Block 16 aforesaid, a distance of 518·8 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 57643, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twelfth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and seven.
