Land temporarily reserved in the Auckland Land District.
PLUNKET, Governor.
WHEREAS by the two-hundred-and-thirty-fifth section of “The Land Act, 1892,” it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:
Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land in the Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, for the purpose in the said Schedule specified at the end of the description of the land so intended to be temporarily reserved.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 4 acres 3 roods 17 perches, more or less, being Section No. 5, Block VI, Marakopa Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by Section No. 1, Block VI, Marakopa Survey District, 930 links; towards the south-east and south-west by a public road along the Kiritehere Stream, 627, 200, 200, and 100 links; towards the west generally by a public road along the Tasman Sea, 240, 160, 320, 220, and 80 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 57598/4, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. For a site for a public cemetery.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this thirteenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and seven.

ALL that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 roods, more or less, being Sections Nos. 317 and 318, Ohawe Township. For a public recreation-ground.
Also all that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 acres 2 roods 35 perches, more or less, being Section No. 320, Ohawe Township. For a public recreation-ground.
As the same are delineated on the plan marked S.G. 50560/20, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twelfth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and seven.

Bounded towards the north-east by Sections Nos. 5 and 15 of the said block; towards the south-east by Section No. 7 of the said block; towards the south-west by Waiouru Road; and towards the north-west by Tonga Street: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 57308/5, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red. For a site for a post and telegraph office.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twelfth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and seven.

Trustees for the Rotherham Public Cemetery appointed.
PLUNKET, Governor.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several persons whose names are specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to be Trustees to provide for the maintenance and care of the public cemetery specified in the second column of the said Schedule.

Trustees for the Cobden Public Cemetery appointed.
PLUNKET, Governor.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint WILLIAM WILLIAMS and JOHN RALPHE SMITH to be Trustees, in the place of John Dinan and Pero White, removed from the district, to provide for the maintenance and care of the Cobden Public Cemetery, in conjunction with the other persons previously appointed by His Excellency the Governor.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this thirteenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and seven.
