as the time when, and O’Malley’s Hall, Mangaroa, as the
place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.
MANGAROA DOMAIN.

ALL that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by
admeasurement 11 acres and 16 perches, more or less, being
Section No. 35, Town of Mangaroa (Block V, Ohura Survey
District). Bounded towards the north by Hihi Street, 1000
links; towards the east by Huia Street, 1010 links; towards
the south by a street, 500 links; again towards the east by a
street, 200 links; and again towards the south by Sections
Nos. 28 and 27, Town of Mangaroa, 500 links; towards the
west by Section No. 34, Town of Mangaroa, and a street,
1210 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as
the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 55585B,
deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at
Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this twenty-
first day of January, 1907.

Present:

THE HONOURABLE SIR J. G. WARD, K.C.M.G., PRESIDING
IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority
conferred by “The Public Domains Act, 1881,” and the
amendments thereof (including “The Domain Boards Act,
1904”), His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New
Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby revoke a
certain Order in Council, dated the twenty-third day of
November, one thousand nine hundred and four, appointing
a Domain Board to have control of the Mount Albert
Domain, and doth hereby appoint

THE MEMBERS OF THE MOUNT ALBERT ROAD BOARD,
ex officio,
ANDREW CLARK CAUGHEY, and
WILLIAM WINSTONE

to be the Mount Albert Domain Board, having, subject to
the said Acts, control of the land described in the Schedule
hereto, which land is a public domain, and shall be called
the Mount Albert Domain; and also doth hereby appoint
Tuesday, the twelfth day of February, one thousand nine
hundred and seven, at half past seven o’clock p.m., as the
time when, and the Mount Albert Road Board Office, Morningside, as the place where, the first meeting of the said
Board shall be held.

ALL that area in Auckland Land District being part of
Allotment No. 100 of the Parish of Titirangi, containing by
admeasurement 12 acres 2 roods 12 perches, more or less.
Bounded towards the north-east by Lot No. 96 of the said
Parish of Titirangi, 908 links; towards the south-east by
Lot No. 95 of the Parish of Titirangi aforesaid, 1072 links;
thence towards the south-west by Lot No. 54 of the Parish
of Titirangi aforesaid, 1652 links; thence towards the north-
west by Lot No. 98 of the Parish of Titirangi aforesaid, and
the abutment of a road, 1220 links; thence towards the
north by Lot No. 97 of the Parish of Titirangi aforesaid,
785 links; thence towards the south-east generally by other
part of Lot No. 100 of the Parish of Titirangi, 108, 434, 231,
and 862 links respectively; thence towards the north-east
generally by other part of Lot No. 100, 764, 150, and 329
links respectively; thence towards the north-west generally
by other part of the said Lot No. 100, 264, 500, 690, and 108
links respectively, to the point of commencement: be all the
aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated
on the plan marked S.G. 47667A, deposited in the Head
Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon bordered red.

to be the Mangaweka Domain Board, having, subject to
the said Acts, control of the lands described in the Schedule
hereto, which lands are a public domain, and shall be called
the Mangaweka Domain; and also doth hereby appoint
Monday, the eighteenth day of February, one thousand nine
hundred and seven, at half past seven o’clock p.m., as the
time when, and the Public School, Mangaweka, as the place
where, the first meeting of the said Board shall be held.

MANGAWEKA DOMAIN.

ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing
by admeasurement 2 acres and 14 perches, more or less,
being Sections Nos. 101 to 104, Town of Mangaweka.
Bounded towards the north-west by Sections Nos. 94, 70,
72, 74, 76, and 78; towards the north-east by Raumaewa
Street; towards the south-east by Kapiti Terrace; and
towards the south-west by Kawakawa Street.

Also all that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 1 rood 14 perches, more or
less, being Sections Nos. 69, 71, 73, 75, and 77, Town of Mangaweka. Bounded towards the north-east by Raumaewa
Street; towards the south-east by Mangawharariki Street;
towards the south-west by Section No. 67; towards the
north-west by Sections Nos. 30, 32, 34, and 36; and again
towards the north-east and north-west by Section No. 119.

Also all that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre and 39 perches, more or
less, being Sections Nos. 99 and 100, Town of Mangaweka.
Bounded towards the north-east by Kawakawa Street;
towards the south-east by cliff of the Rangitikei River; towards the south-west by Section No. 98; and towards the
north-west by Sections Nos. 62, 64, and 66.

Also all that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 acres 3 roods 2 perches, more
or less, being Section No. 1, Block IX, Town of Mangaweka.
Bounded towards the north by Section No. 70, Suburbs of
Mangaweka; towards the north-east by Section No. 22;
towards the south by Sections Nos. 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, and
2; and towards the west by Karearea Street.

As the same are delineated on the plan marked S.G. 40039A,
deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Also all that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 3 roods, more or less, being
Section No. 22, Suburbs of Mangaweka. Bounded towards
the north-east by Section No. 21; towards the south-east by
top of cliff of Rangitikei River; towards the south-west by
Section No. 23; and towards the north-west by Hunterville-Tokaanu Road.

Also all that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 36 acres, more or less, being
Section No. 50, Block X, Hautapu Survey District. Bounded towards the north by cliff of Rangitikei River;
towards the north-east and south-east by Rangitikei River;
towards the south-west by Powhakarua Block; and towards
the west by top of cliff of Rangitikei River.

As the same are delineated on the plan marked S.G. 40039B,
deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
