Notice of the Taking and Laying-off of Road through Ohineiti Block, Block V, Mangawhero Survey District.

NOTICE is hereby given, by direction of His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, under the authority of section 92 of “The Public Works Act, 1894,” that the road described in the Schedule hereto was, on the 29th September, 1904, duly taken and laid off through the land specified in the said Schedule, under the authority of the Governor of the said colony; by Warrant dated the 18th November, 1903.

SCHEDULE.

In the Land District of Wellington; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District.

Notice of the Taking and Laying-off of Road through Rangaunu Block, Blocks I and V, Kawakawa Survey District, Bay of Islands County.

NOTICE is hereby given, by direction of His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, under the authority of section 93 of “The Public Works Act, 1905,” that the road described in the Schedule hereto was, in January, 1906, duly taken and laid off through the land specified in the said Schedule, under the authority of the Governor of the said colony, by Warrants dated the 13th July, 1905, and the 29th January, 1906.

SCHEDULE.

In the Land District of Auckland; as the said road is delineated on a plan marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District.

NOTICE is hereby given, by direction of His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, under the authority of section 92 of “The Public Works Act, 1894,” that the road described in the Schedule hereto was, on the 14th September, 1904, duly taken and laid off through the land specified in the said Schedule, under the authority of the Governor of the said colony, by Warrant dated the 25th April, 1904.

SCHEDULE.

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District.

NOTICE is hereby given, by direction of His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, under the authority of section 92 of “The Public Works Act, 1894,” that the roads described in the Schedule hereto were, on the 1st and 2nd March, and the 23rd and 26th February, 1906, duly taken and laid off through the lands specified in the said Schedule, under the authority of the Governor of the said colony, by Warrant dated the 13th July, 1905.

SCHEDULE.

All in the Land District of Auckland; as the same areas are delineated upon the plans marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District.

NOTICE is hereby given, by direction of His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, under the authority of section 92 of “The Public Works Act, 1894,” that the roads described in the Schedule hereto were, on the 20th June, 1907, duly taken and laid off through the lands specified in the said Schedule, under the authority of the Governor of the said colony, by Warrant dated the 6th August, 1902.
