District of Hawke’s Bay, in the Colony of New Zea-
land, Medical Practitioner, M.B., C.M., do hereby give
notice that on and after the date hereof I will assume,
and intend henceforth upon all occasions and at all times to
sign and use, be called, and known by, the surname of
“Temple” only in lieu of and in substitution for my
present surname of “Zimpel”; and I further give notice
that such intended change or assumption of name is
formally declared and evidenced by deed poll under my
hand and seal, dated this day, and intended to be enrolled in
the Supreme Court Offices at Napier, in the Colony of New
Zealand.
