I, IVAN STUART WILSON, Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery, New Zealand, 1907, and now residing at Dunedin, do hereby give notice that I intend to apply on the 21st day of March, 1907, to have my name placed on the Medical Register of the Colony of New Zealand, and that I have deposited the evidence of my qualifications at the office of the Registrar of Births, Deaths, and Marriages.

In the matter of “The Companies Act, 1903”; and in the matter of the Northern Union Steamboat Company (Limited).
NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at Auckland on the 23rd day of January, 1907, the following special resolution was duly passed; and at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of the members of the said company, also duly convened, and held at the same place on Thursday, the 7th day of February, 1907, the following resolution was duly confirmed:—
“That the company be wound up voluntarily, and that R. E. Isaacs, of Auckland, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.”

THE BANKS MEAT COMPANY (LIMITED), (IN LIQUIDATION).
NOTICE is hereby given that, in pursuance of section 230 of “The Companies Act, 1903,” a General Meeting of the Banks Meat Company (Limited), (in liquidation), will be held at the offices of the Banks Co-operative Meat Distributing Company (Limited), in Grey Street, in the City of Wellington, on Tuesday, the 12th day of March, 1907, at 3.30 o’clock, for the purpose of having laid before the meeting the account of the Liquidator showing the manner in which the winding-up of the company has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing an explanation thereof given by the Liquidator.

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at No. 2 Cuba Street, in the City of Wellington, on the 24th day of January, 1907, the following special resolution was duly passed; and at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of the said company, also duly convened, and held at the same place on the 20th day of February, 1907, the following resolution was duly confirmed, viz. :—
“That it is desirable to reconstruct the company, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily; and that Mr. O. R. Bendall, of Wellington, Accountant, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.”

NOTICE is hereby given that it is the intention of the Mangawai Road Board, under the provisions of “The Public Works Act, 1905,” to take, for the purpose of a public road, the land described in the Schedule hereto.
A plan of the land required to be taken may be inspected at the Mangawai Post-office.
All persons affected shall, if they have any well-grounded objection to the execution of the work or to the taking of the land, set forth the same in writing, and communicate the same to the Mangawai Road Board within forty days from this date.
