NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at Dunedin on the 14th day of February, 1907, the following extraordinary resolution was duly passed:—
“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the shareholders that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily.”
And at the same meeting JAMES BROWN, of Dunedin, Accountant, was appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.

NOTICE is hereby given that application having been made to me to register dealings against memorandum of lease registered No. 5825, from MARTIN IRWIN to DENNIS CARROLL, of Section 10, Block 9, Kaupokonui Survey District, and such lease having been lost or destroyed, as is set forth in statutory declaration of Dennis Carroll, I give notice that I will, in exercise of the power vested in me in that behalf under the Land Transfer Act, register such dealing and issue a certified copy of the lease at the expiration of fourteen days from the 28th day of February, 1907, unless a caveat be lodged forbidding the same within the time specified.
