THE SCHEDULE.
All that parcel of land in the Borough of Woolston, situate
near the Radley Bridge, at the corner of and fronting on the
towing-path (now known as Richardson Terrace) and Ash-
bourne Street (commonly known as the Ferry Road), con-
taining 24⁷⁄₁₀ perches or thereabouts, and being part of Rural
Section 32 : as the same is more particularly delineated on
the said plan, and therein edged green.
Dated at Woolston, this 21st day of December, 1906.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hereto-
fore subsisting between us, the undersigned, carrying
on business at Dunedin under the style or firm of “John
Reid and Sons,” has been, as from the 21st day of December,
1906, dissolved by the retirement of EDWARD HERBERT REID.
All debts due to and owing by the late firm will be received
and paid by the undersigned John Reid and Henry William
Reid, by whom the business will in future be carried on, at
Liverpool Street, Dunedin, under the same firm-name.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership subsisting
between the undersigned, JAMES BOWERS, ALBERT
BOWERS, and EDWARD THURSTON, carrying on business as
Livery-stable Proprietors at Hawera, under the name of
“Bowers and Thurston,” has this day been dissolved by
mutual consent. The business will in future be carried on
by the said EDWARD THURSTON, by whom all debts due to or
owing by the late firm will be received and paid respectively.

In the matter of “The Public Works Act, 1905.”
NOTICE is hereby given that the Hamilton Borough
Council propose, under the provisions of “The Public
Works Act, 1905,” to execute certain public works, to wit,
the construction of saleyards and a street on Allotment 453A
of the Town of Hamilton West and Section 11 of the
Hamilton West Town Belt, and for the purposes of such
public works the lands described in the Schedule hereto are
required to be taken ; and notice is further given that a plan
of the lands so required to be taken is deposited in the office
of the Hamilton Borough Council, at Hamilton, and is there
open for inspection ; and notice is hereby given that all
persons affected by the execution of the said public works or
by the taking of the said lands shall, if they have any well-
grounded objections to the execution of the said public
works or to the taking of the said lands, set forth the same
in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the
first publication of this notice, to the Hamilton Borough
Council, at the Council Chambers, Hamilton.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR A PUBLIC SCHOOL.
NOTICE is hereby given that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is required to be taken, under the pro-
visions of “The Public Works Act, 1905,” for a certain public
work, to wit, the construction of a public school at Maropiu,
in the County of Hobson ; and notice is hereby further given
that the plan of the said land is deposited in the Post-office
at Dargaville, and is there open for public inspection ; and
that all persons affected by the execution of the said public
work or by the taking of the said land should, if they have
any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said
public work or the taking of such land, set forth the same in
writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the
first publication of this notice, to the Education Board of
the District of Auckland, at Auckland.
SCHEDULE.
The parcel of land, containing 3 acres, more or less, being
portion of the block of land called Opanake No. 1c South,
situated in Block II, Kaihu Survey District, in the Provin-
cial District of Auckland : as the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan deposited in the Post-office at Darga-
ville, and thereon coloured purple.

the borough waterworks — and for the purpose of such
