Rotoroa Survey District, and containing by admeasurement
5,100 acres, more or less, being a strip of land half a mile in
width around the shores of Lake Rotoroa, except at the
northern end of the lake, where it is bounded by the north-east and south boundaries of Reserve No. 9 of Square
No. 171, in Block II, Rotoroa Survey District: excepting
from the area above described all freehold lands, lands
leased by the Crown, mining privileges, reserves, and roads:
as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 56630B,
deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon edged with red. For the preservation
of scenery.

All that area in the Nelson Land District, being Reserve
No. 4 (in red), in Blocks XIV, XV, and XVI of the Lyell
Survey District, and Blocks I and II of the Maruia
Survey District, and containing by admeasurement 7,300
acres, more or less. Bounded towards the east by Doctor's
Creek; towards the south and south-east generally by the
Buller River, by a road-line, by Section No. 11 of Block XV
of Lyell Survey District, by a road forming the north-western
boundary of that section, by Section No. 53 of Square
No. 138, by a road-line, again by the Buller River, by a road-line, by Section No. 114 of Square No. 170, by a road-line, again by the Buller River, by a road
forming the east boundary of Section No. 4 of Block XV of
the last-mentioned survey district, by that section and
by Section No. 98 of Square No. 138, by a road-line, again
by the last-mentioned section, by a road-line, again by the
Buller River, by a road-line, by Section No. 2 of Block II of
the Maruia Survey District, by a road-line, again by the
Buller River, by a road-line, by Section No. 1 of Block II of
the said survey district, by a road-line, again by the Buller
River, by a road-line, by Section No. 24 of Block I of the
said survey district, by the road forming the north-eastern
boundary of the said section, again by that section, by a
road line, and again by the Buller River; towards the south-west by that river; towards the north by a road-line and by
Waterworks Reserve No. 17 of Square No. 139; towards the
north-west by right lines from the south-east corner of that
section to Trig. Station J, and from that station to Trig.
Station E.M.H., and by the summit of the watershed of the
Lyell and Buller Rivers; and towards the north generally
by a line one mile distant from the last-mentioned river, by
Section No. 10 of Block XV of the Lyell Survey District,
and again by the last-mentioned line to Doctor's Creek:
excepting from the area above described all freehold lands,
lands leased by the Crown, mining privileges, reserves, and
roads: as the same is delineated on the plan marked
S.G. 56630C, deposited in the Head Office, Department of
Lands, at Wellington, and thereon edged with red. For the
preservation of scenery.

All that area in the Nelson Land District, being Reserve
No. 5 (in red), in Block XIII of the Lyell Survey District,
and Block I of the Maruia Survey District, and containing
by admeasurement 500 acres, more or less. Bounded towards the north by the production in an easterly direction
of the northern boundary of Ferry Reserve No. 9 of Square
No. 139, in Block XIII of the Lyell Survey District; towards
the east by Deep Creek; towards the south by the River
Lyell, the road along the bank of that river and of the
Buller River, by Section No. 28 of Block I of the Maruia
Survey District, and again by the road along the Buller
River; towards the west by Sections Nos. 3A and 14 of
Square No. 139 of Block I of the Maruia Survey District;
and towards the north-west generally by the aforesaid Ferry
Reserve No. 9: excepting from the area above described all
freehold lands, lands leased by the Crown, mining privileges,
reserves, and roads: as the same is delineated on the plan
marked S.G. 56630C, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon edged with red.

All that area in the Nelson Land District, being Reserve
No. 6 (in red), in Blocks XIV and XV of the Lyell Survey
District, Blocks I, II, and III of the Maruia Survey District, and Block III of the Inangahua Survey District, and
containing by admeasurement 6,800 acres, more or less.
Bounded towards the south-east generally by the summit
of the spur leading from Trig. G to a point on the Buller
River about a quarter of a mile west of the confluence of
the Maruia and Buller Rivers, and by a line one mile distant
from the latter river; towards the west by the summit of
part of the range running through Trig. Stations H and
B.R.S. toward Trig. Station L; towards the north and
north-west generally by Section No. 15 of Block III of the
Inangahua Survey District, by a road line, by the Buller
River, by a road-line, by Section No. 19 of Square No. 139
of Block I of the Maruia Survey District, by a road-line,
again by the Buller River, by a road-line, by Section No. 5
of Square No. 138 of Block XV of the Lyell Survey District,
by a road-line, and again by the Buller River: excepting
from the area above described all freehold lands, lands leased
by the Crown, mining privileges, reserves, and roads: as the
same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 56630C, deposited
in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and

No. 7 (in red), in Blocks I, II, III, V, and VI of the Inangahua Survey District, and containing by admeasurement
4,300 acres, more or less. Bounded towards the north by a
line in production in a westerly direction of the southern
boundary of Section No. 10 of Block III of the Inangahua
Survey District, by that section and a road-line to the
Buller River; towards the south-west by that river, by a
road-line, by Sections Nos. 33 of Square 134 and 25 of
Block VI of the said survey district, and by a road-line;
towards the south generally by the Buller River, by a road-line, by Sections Nos. 8, 31, and 7 of Block V of the aforesaid survey district, by a road-line, again by the Buller
River, and by a road-line; towards the west generally by
Section No. 15 of Block V of the said survey district, by a
road-line, and by Sections Nos. 1 and 11 of Block I of the
said survey district; and towards the north and north-west
by a line distant one mile from the Buller River: excepting
from the area above described all freehold lands, lands leased
by the Crown, mining privileges, reserves, and roads: as the
same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 56630D, deposited
in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and

No. 8 (in red), in Blocks III, IV, VII, and VIII of the
Ohika Survey District, and containing by admeasurement
3,600 acres, more or less. Bounded towards the north
by a line distant one mile from the Buller River;
towards the east by the summit of the spur leading
from Trig. Station A.B. in Block IV of the Inangahua
Survey District in a south-westerly direction to the
Buller River; towards the south generally by that
river; and towards the north-west by the Buller Coal
Reserve: excepting from the area above described all freehold lands, lands leased by the Crown, mining privileges,
reserves, and roads: as the same is delineated on the plan
marked S.G. 56630E, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon edged with red.
For the preservation of scenery.

All that area in the Nelson Land District, being Reserve
No. 9 (in red), in Blocks III, IV, VII, and VIII of the
Ohika Survey District, and containing by admeasurement
4,600 acres, more or less. Bounded towards the north
generally by the road along the left bank of the Buller
River, and by Native Reserve No. 45 and Sections Nos. 3,
2, and 1, all of Block IV. of the Ohika Survey District;
towards the east by the summit of the spur leading down
to the Buller River adjacent to the west boundary of Section No. 1 of Block VII of the said survey district; towards the south generally by a line one mile distant from
the Buller River; and towards the north-west by the Buller
Coal Reserve: excepting from the area above described all
freehold lands, lands leased by the Crown, mining privileges, reserves, and roads: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 56630F, deposited in the Head Office,
Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon edged
with red. For the preservation of scenery.

All that area in the Nelson Land District, being Reserve
No. 11 (in red), in Block XVI of the Howard Survey District, Block XIII of the Motupiko Survey District, Blocks IV
and VIII of the Arnaud Survey District, and Blocks I and V
of the Rotoiti Survey District, and containing by admeasurement 1,900 acres, more or less. Bounded towards the east
generally by the River Buller, Lake Rotoiti, a road at the
mouth of the River Travers, and by Sections Nos. 1 and
2 of Block V of the Rotoiti Survey District; and towards
the west generally by a line 40 chains distant from and
parallel to the western margin of the said lake: as the
same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 56630F, deposited
in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and
thereon edged in red. For the preservation of scenery.

All that area in the Nelson Land District, being Reserve
No. 12 (in red), in Block XIII of the Motupiko Survey District, and Blocks I and V of the Rotoiti Survey District, and
containing by admeasurement 1,700 acres, more or less.
Bounded towards the north generally by a road line, by
