ELTHAM RIDING.
All that area in the Taranaki Land District bounded by
a line commencing at a point in the middle of the Waingo-
ngoro River where it is crossed by the southern boundary of
Block V, Ngaiire Survey District; thence southerly generally
by the middle of the Waingongoro River to its junction with
the north-western corner of the South Riding hereinbefore
described; thence easterly and southerly by the northern and
eastern boundaries of the said South Riding to the middle of
the Mangimangi Stream where it is crossed by the Tiro-
moana Road; thence northerly by the middle of the Tiro-
moana Road to a point in line with the south boundary of
Subdivision 9, Section 4, Block II, Hawera Survey District;
thence north-easterly by that boundary and part of the
north-western boundary of Block III, Hawera Survey Dis-
trict, to the easternmost corner of said Block II, Hawera
Survey District, thence north-westerly along the north-east
boundary of said Block II, Hawera Survey District, to the
middle of the Ararata Stream; thence north-easterly by the
middle of that stream to the middle of the Makino Road;
thence easterly along the middle of the Makino Road to
a point in line with the western boundary of Section 1,
Block XVI, Ngaiire Survey District; thence northerly by a
right line to the south-western corner of the last-mentioned
section; thence by the western boundary of that section to
the Tutaeariari No. 1 Block; thence south-easterly and
north - easterly by the south-western and south - eastern
boundaries of the said Tutaeariari No. 1 Block respec-
tively to the Aorere Road; thence by a right line across
that road, and by the south-eastern boundary of Ariari
No. 1 Block, and the production of the said south-eastern
boundary to the middle of the Patea River; thence
northerly by the middle of that river to a point in line with
the southern boundary of Block VIII, Ngaiire Survey Dis-
trict; thence westerly by a right line to the south-eastern
corner of said Block VIII; thence by the southern boundary
of said Block VIII to Trig. Station B, Pahui; thence westerly
by a right line to the south-eastern corner of Section 48,
Block VI, Ngaiire Survey District; thence by the southern
boundaries of Blocks VI and V, Ngaiire Survey District, to
the middle of the Waingongoro River at the point of com-
mencement: excepting from the above-described area the
Borough of Eltham.
OMONA RIDING.
All that area in the Taranaki Land District bounded by a
line commencing at a point in the middle of the Patea River
in line with the southern boundary of Block VIII, Ngaiire
Survey District; thence southerly by the eastern boundary
of the Eltham Riding hereinbefore described; thence south-
easterly by a line along the middle of the Patea River to a
point in line with the northern boundary of Section No. 4,
Block XIII, Omona Survey District; thence easterly by a
right line to the north-western corner of the last-mentioned
section; thence by the northern boundary of the said Sec-
tion No. 4, and the northern boundaries of Sections Nos. 2
and 4, Block XIV, Omona Survey District, and the produc-
tion of the northern boundary of the last-mentioned section
to the middle of the Whenuakura Valley Road; thence by a
line along the middle of the Whenuakura Valley Road to its
junction with the Epero Road; thence by a line along the
middle of the Epero Road to the western boundary of Section
No. 3, Block XVI, Omona Survey District; thence southerly
by the western boundary of the last-mentioned section to the
Lower Moeawatea Road, and by the production of the said
western boundary of Section No. 3 to the middle of the said
Lower Moeawatea Road; thence north-easterly along the
middle of the last-mentioned road to a point in the middle of
the Rawhitiroa Road at its junction with the aforesaid Lower
Moeawatea Road; thence south-easterly along the said Ra-
whitiroa Road to a point in the middle of the Koane Road at
its junction with the said Rawhitiroa Road; thence northerly
generally along the middle of the Koane Road to Section
No. 17, Block XII, Omona Survey District; thence by the
north-eastern boundary-line of that section to the Moeawatea
Road; thence by the Moeawatea Road to a point in a line
with the northern boundary of Section No. 3, Block VIII,
Omona Survey District; thence by a right line to the north-
eastern corner of the last-mentioned section; thence by the
northern boundaries of Sections Nos. 3, 4, and 1, Block VIII
aforesaid, a right line across the Karewa Road, and by the
northern boundary-lines of Sections Nos. 21, 4, and 1,
Block VII, Omona Survey District, and a continuation in
a westerly direction of the northern boundary of the last-
mentioned section to its junction with the south-eastern
boundary of the New Plymouth Harbour Board Rating
District, as described in the Second Schedule to “The
New Plymouth Harbour Board Ordinance 1875 Amend-
ment Act, 1877”; thence south-westerly by the said south-
eastern boundary-line to its intersection with the production
in an easterly direction of the southern boundary-line of
Block VIII, Ngaiire Survey District; and thence by a right
line to the point of commencement.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-
sixth day of November, 1906.

His Excellency the Governor in Council.
WHEREAS by section one hundred and thirty-three
of “The Public Works Act, 1905,” it is enacted
that a local authority shall not declare any county or
district road to be stopped, and such road shall not be
deemed to be stopped, until the consent thereto of the
Governor by Order in Council gazetted is obtained:
And whereas the Mount Roskill Road Board has applied
for such consent in respect to the road described in the
Schedule hereto:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and in exercise of the above-
in-part-recited Act, and of all other powers in anywise
enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor
of the Colony of New Zealand, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said
colony, doth hereby consent to the Cambridge Road Board
closing the road mentioned in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.
All those parcels of land in the Auckland Land District,
containing by admeasurement 2 acres 3 roods 32 perches,
1 rood 8 perches, 3 roods 10 perches, and 20 perches respec-
tively, more or less, situated in the Parish of Waitemata,
and being portions of a road-line of irregular width lying to
the south-east of Lots Nos. 17, 16, and 15 of Section No. 13,
in the Suburbs of Auckland.
PORTION CONTAINING 2 ACRES 3 ROODS 32 PERCHES.
Commencing at a point on the lower side of the road which
forms the southern boundary of Lot No. 17 at a distance of
70 links, more or less, to the eastward of the southernmost
angle of that lot. Bounded towards the north generally by
lines, 972 links, 65 links, 217 links, 336 links, 40 links,
86 links, 311 links, 150 links, 984·6 links, 400·4 links, 87 links,
72 links, 44 links, and 129 links respectively; and towards
the south generally by lines, 140 links, 110 links, 340 links,
680 links, 410 links, 800 links, 280 links, 200 links, 380 links,
200 links, and 150 links respectively, to the commencing-
point.
PORTION CONTAINING 1 ROOD 8 PERCHES.
Commencing at a point on the southern side of the road
which forms the southern boundary of Lot No. 15 at a
distance of 70 links, more or less, to the eastward of the
angle of the road nearest to the western angle of the portion
of road hereinbefore described. Bounded towards the north
by lines, 1405 links and 158 links respectively; and towards
the south by lines, 1500 links and 70 links respectively, to
the commencing-point.
PORTION CONTAINING 3 ROODS 10 PERCHES.
Commencing at a point on the southern side of the road
which forms the southern boundary of Lot No. 15 at a
distance of 884·7 links, more or less, to the eastward of the
eastern angle of the portion of road last hereinbefore
described. Bounded towards the north-west generally by
lines, 430·9 links, 463·7 links, 291 links, and 363·3 links
respectively; and towards the south-east by lines, 980 links
and 500 links respectively, to the commencing-point.
