order and declare that all restrictions imposed by the said Crown grant on the alienation of the said land are hereby removed.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that piece or parcel of land, situate in the Auckland Land District, containing 7 acres, more or less, known as Potaka B, being the land comprised in a partition order dated the 13th day of April, 1885, in favour of Aperahama Taiko (since deceased), and being part of the land comprised in a Crown grant, registered No. 570N in the Deeds Registry Office at Auckland, and containing the following restrictions: “Inalienable by sale, or by lease for a longer period than twenty-one years from the making of such lease, or by mortgage, except with the consent of the Governor being previously obtained to every such sale, lease, or mortgage.”
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this nineteenth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and six.

Removing Restrictions against Alienation of Native Land.
PLUNKET, Governor.
WHEREAS by section fourteen of “The Maori Land Laws Amendment Act, 1903,” it is enacted that, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in any Act, or in any Crown grant or other instrument of title, the Governor may, on the recommendation of the Board, remove any restriction on the alienation of land owned by Maoris: Provided that the decision of the Governor on any recommendation of the Board shall be given within six months from the date of the receipt of such recommendation:
And whereas the Aotea District Maori Land Board, by a recommendation made and passed by the said Board on the twenty-seventh day of September, one thousand nine hundred and six, and received on the eighth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and six, recommended the Governor to remove and revoke the restrictions against alienation contained in the instrument of title of the block of land known as Section 4 of Subdivision 2 of Section 8, Block XI, Belmont, so far as to permit the same to be sold:
Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon and vested in me by the said Act, and of all other powers and authorities thereunto enabling, and in accordance with the recommendation of the Aotea District Maori Land Board aforesaid, do hereby remove and revoke the restrictions now existing against the alienation of the land particularised and set out in the Schedule hereto, so far as to permit the said land to be sold.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that piece or parcel of land, containing 1 rood, more or less, known as Section 4 of Subdivision 2 of Section 8, Block XI, Belmont, being the land comprised in a partition order of the Native Land Court dated the 16th day of September, 1889, in favour of Turia Warahi, and being part of the land comprised in Vol. 115, folio 264, of the Register-book for the Wellington District, and containing the following restriction: “Inalienable.”
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this nineteenth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and six.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several persons whose names are specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to be Trustees to provide for the maintenance and care of the public cemetery specified in the second column of the said Schedule.
