Ormondville Town Board Ormondville.
All that area in the Hawke's Bay Land District, containing by admeasurement 4 acres and 34 perches, more or less, being Sections Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, Block VII, Ormondville Township, Takapau Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east and east by Terrace Road, 1028.5 links; towards the south-east by Cecilia Street, 553.5 links; towards the south-west by Carr Street, 499 links; and towards the north-west generally by Louise Street, 975 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 55878, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this nineteenth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and six.
