THE following special order, made by the Wairoa County Council, is published in accordance with the provisions of “The Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1901.”

WAIROA COUNTY COUNCIL.

Special Order.

THAT, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by “The Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1901,” the Wairoa County Council hereby resolves as follows: That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £1,500, authorised to be raised by the Wairoa County Council, under the above-mentioned Act, for forming the Mangapoiiki–Fraserstown Road, the said Wairoa County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of ½d. in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the Mangapoiiki Special District, comprising the land enclosed in the following boundaries—starting at the northern boundary of the Wairoa County at the point where it intersects with the eastern boundary of Small Grazing-run No. 75A, in Block V, Nuhaka North Survey District; following the eastern boundary of that run (No. 75A) to the Mangapahi Road; following that road to the western boundary of Section 1, Block 1X, Nuhaka North Survey District; following the western boundaries of Sections 1 and 3, Block 1X, Nuhaka North Survey District, to the Mangapoiiki No. 3 Block; following in an easterly direction the northern boundary of that block, and then its south-eastern boundary to the Makaretu Stream; following down that stream to Section 31A, Block X, Opoiti Survey District; following the eastern boundary of that section (31A) to the
