A PPLICATION having been made to me for the issue
of two provisional certificates of title in the name of
THOMAS COLDHAM WILLIAMS, of Wellington, Stock-
owner, for Lots 6 and 33 on deposited plan No. 301, being
part Section 21, Block VIII, Mangahao Survey District, and
the land comprised in certificate of title, Vol. 48, folio 80;
also for Lot 7 on said deposited plan No. 301, being the land
comprised in certificate of title, Vol. 42, folio 241; and
evidence having been lodged of the loss of the said certi-
cates of title, I hereby give notice that I will issue the pro-
visional certificates of titles as requested unless caveat be
lodged forbidding the same on or before the 4th day of
October, 1906.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR A ROAD THROUGH
PART OF SECTION 28 AND SECTION 33, PARISH OF PAREMO-
REMO, BLOCK III, WAITEMATA SURVEY DISTRICT.

N OTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the
provisions of “The Public Works Act, 1905,” by the
Waitemata County Council to execute a certain public work,
to wit, the construction of a road through part of Section 28
and Section 33, Parish of Paremoremo, and for the purpose
of such public work the land described in the Schedule
hereto is required to be taken. And notice is further given
that the plan of the said road, and of the land so required to
be taken, is deposited for public inspection at the office of
the Waitemata County Council, 15 Palmerston Buildings,
Queen Street, Auckland. And notice is also hereby given
that all persons affected by the execution of such public
work or the taking of such land shall, if they have any well-
grounded objection to the execution of the said public work
or to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing,
and send such writing, within forty days from the first
publication of this notice, to the County Council Office,
Auckland.
