Vaccination Inspector appointed.

to be a Vaccination Inspector, under “The Public Health Act, 1900,” for the District of Kumara, vice Arthur Frederick Bent. The appointment dates from the 1st day of August, 1906.

Notice respecting Proposed Alteration in Boundaries of the City of Wellington and the Borough of Miramar.

PURSUANT to section 176 of “The Municipal Corporations Act, 1900,” His Excellency the Governor directs it to be notified that a petition in accordance with regulations, signed by not less than one-fourth of the electors of the areas described in the First and Second Schedules hereto, has been presented to him praying that the area described in the said First Schedule may be excluded from the City of Wellington and included in the Borough of Miramar, and that the area described in the said Second Schedule may be
