DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership lately subsisting between the undersigned, LEONARD HARDIE and JOSEPH EDDY, carrying on business at Napier, as Plumbers, under the style or firm of “Hardy and Eddy, has this day been dissolved by mutual consent. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said Joseph Eddy, who will continue the said business in his own name.

NOTICE is hereby given that the office or place of business in New Zealand of the above-named company—the Atlas Assurance Company (Limited)—a company incorporated in Great Britain and carrying on business in New Zealand, where legal process of any kind may be served upon it and notices of any kind may be addressed or delivered, is situate at Customhouse Quay, in the City of Wellington.

NOTICE is hereby given that the above-named G. S. Yuill and Co. (Limited) intends and will, after the expiration of three months from the first publication of this notice in the Gazette, cease to carry on business in the Colony of New Zealand.

In the matter of “The Companies Act, 1903”; and in the matter of the New Zealand Machinery Company (Limited).

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at the office of Messrs. E. W. Mills and Company (Limited), Jervois Quay, Wellington, on the 14th day of December, 1905, the following resolution was duly passed, and at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of the members of the said company, also duly convened, and held at the same place on the 11th day of January, 1906, the following resolution was duly confirmed, viz. :—

“That the New Zealand Machinery Company (Limited) doth hereby require that the said company be wound up voluntarily, and that Mr. J. H. Wagg be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator of the company for the purpose of such winding-up.”

In the matter of the Egmont Co-operative Box Company (Limited).

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at Eltham on the 8th day of December, 1905, the following special resolutions were duly passed, and at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of the members of the above company, also duly convened, and held at the same place on the 27th day of December, 1905, the following resolutions were duly confirmed, viz. :—

  1. That it is desirable to reconstruct the company, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily.
  2. That BRADSHAW DIVE, of Eltham, Farmer, be appointed Liquidator for the purposes of the winding-up.

THE COLLIER AND COLONIAL PIANO COMPANY (UNITED), (LIMITED).

In the matter of “The Companies Act, 1903,” and of the Collier and Colonial Piano Company (United), (Limited).

AT a general meeting of the members of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at the registered office of the company, Devon Street, New Plymouth, on the 30th day of November, 1905, the subjoined resolution was duly passed, and at a subsequent general meeting of the members of the said company, also duly convened, and held at the same place on the 15th day of December, 1905, the said resolution was confirmed.

SPECIAL RESOLUTION.

That the Collier and Colonial Piano Company, (United), (Limited) be wound up voluntarily.

And at the said general meeting held on the 15th day of December, 1905, HENRY COLLIER, of Wanganui, Piano-importer, was appointed the Liquidator for the purpose of winding up the affairs of the said company and distributing its assets.

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding-up of the above-named company, subject to the supervision of the Supreme Court, was, on the 13th day of January, 1906, presented by the said company to His Honour Sir Robert Stout, K.C.M.G., Chief Justice of the said Court. And the said petition is directed to be heard before a Judge of the said Court at the Supreme Court House, Wellington, on Thursday, the 25th day of January, 1906, at the hour of 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon. And any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to oppose the making of an order under the above Act for the winding-up of the said company, subject to the supervision of the Court, should appear at the time of hearing, by himself or his counsel, for that purpose, and a copy of the petition will be
