NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto existing between ANDREW HUNTER WINCHESTER and HAROLD DAVENPORT, both of Wellington, under the style of "Winchester and Davenport," as Warehousemen, Indent and Manufacturers' Agents, at Wellington, has this day been dissolved by mutual consent. The said A. H. Winchester will take over all the assets and receive all the accounts due to the said firm, and will discharge any debts owing by the said firm, and will henceforth carry on business on his own account at the offices of the late firm, Victoria Street, Wellington.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto existing between the undersigned, carrying on business at Auckland, as Land and Estate Agents, under the name of "Owtram, Waterman, and Co.," has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 1st day of January instant. All moneys owing to and by the late firm will be received and discharged by the said Noel Godfrey Owtram, who will henceforth continue to carry on the said business on his own account.
